There was not much dining options around the immediate area. You have to venture out a little bit more. But overall, we had a wonderful stay, the staff were all friendly and helpful.

The view from our ocean view room was magnificent. Worth the extra charge every day. We watched the sunset every night (late at night!) Room was very comfortable. The first room we were in had a fridge that didn't get cold enough, so we asked for a better fridge and they changed our room. It worked out well.

Great hotel in the heart of the city. Staff was excellent, restaurant and bar had good selections (my credit card might not agree!). Housekeeping kept the room clean and comfortable, I only wish the pillows were a bit fluffier and more supportive. Overall a fantastic stay and will definitely keep this hotel in mind for our next visit.

We arrived early and they wouldn’t really check us in until 3PM, we were just tired.

As soon as we checked in we were very disappointed. We had visited this hotel in 2020. The staff was friendly then. The hotel recepción this time forget she was in customer service and down to. Their service was very poor. While waiting at the reception i was told you have to move. Not everyone at this hotel was rude just the mánager and front desk person.

Nice hotel, location is far from main area of town and there is not convenient public transit, and it’s a 30-40 minute walk.
Good if you want quiet and be away from the busy areas. Not ideal if you want to be near sightseeing and all the restaurants downtown.
Simple airport transfer you can buy for extra.

Very tiny rooms, nothing special and for the price and reputation of the brand, very disappointing. No access to the pool or facilities without a crazy additional cost and the restaurant was one of the most expensive on the Island.

Super value for a top notch facilities 10 min taxi ride from downtown. It is a beautiful space, really modern bar and a dining area, sizeable spa with outdoor sauna and a cold plunge. Service is amazing, very responsive staff, very kind. The breakfast has tremendous offerings for everyone. Hilton Nordica has all the qualities of true 5* definitely will be back!

The staff at reception at check out was very rude. Asked for my receipt and was told he could not supply a receipt which is very unusual - was very patronising and rude

We really enjoyed our stay at Hilton Nordica. Room was clean & comfortable. Great bathroom with big tub for baths. Good bar, restaurant and in room breakfast. Also a sandwich shop and burger place next to hotel. Awesome location that is a few stops from city center or a 20-25 min walk. On site parking is free. Staff were nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend! FYI- no early check-in

Excellent option in the capita.. Amazing breakfast and staff is great. In my opinion, the kitchen close to early in the night for a hotel in this category. Could be crowded on weekends.
It is 20 min walk from downtown, easy parking and buses to the airport can pick up and drop you off in the hotel. Rooms are big, clean and confortable. The views are amazing too.

What one would expect from the Hilton brand. Nice accommodations and restaurant. Comfortable beds. For those with mobility issues… one has to step up and over the side of the tub which is a high step and awkward near the toilet due to the shower door.

Nice hotel - but we would have preferred to stay more down by the river. Also they advertise the hot tub on the site and show pictures but you have to pay to use it. There lots of extra charges they do not tel you about.

Very nice overall! Great breakfast layout! Only issue we had was trying to cool the room. Even with the window open and heating turned off, we couldn’t cool the room enough.

I paid almost 500$ for seven breakfast and it was the same thing every day and their selection was horrible the only good thing about the breakfast was the cappuccino
