I was disappointed there was no microwave in the room.

Staff wasn’t helpful at all.

The reception, and dining/bar staff are wonderful. The cleaning staff that served our floor was at fault. Did not show up to clean the room on day 1 and just made the bed and changed towels on day 2. No WC cleaning. Sad.

Comfortable. Cleanliness could be better, but wasn't terrible. Staff was friendly.

The property was clean but the juice glasses were unbelievably dirty. They double charged me and still have not received my refund. Then they tried to double charge me on the breakfast as well. I will be putting in reviews on a few sites. This was not expected.

Birthday weekend fabulous time

The staff at the front desk is always rude and unwelcoming. This is my second time staying here and I came because it’s a nice hotel but I was reminded of how rude the staff always is when you come to the front desk. Also, the elevator being down when there is only one other elevator was difficult to deal with due to the long wait times.

The hotel’s installations are aged as you can easily noticed yet the rooms are beautifully refurbished and really comfortable.

There was some weird conference of people in crazy costumes and on drugs…. There was a rave in the lobby. I was there with children. It was scary and awful.

People running up and down the hallways yelling, slamming doors, pounding on walls until 430am. Will not return to this location.

I was pleasantly surprised on how nice the room was. It was clean, updated and furnished well. I would definitely stay there again.

Booked a double queen bed room for me my wife and 3 year old son due to just getting in town from a long drive from Dallas, TX. What a horrible stay for us all! As a man who takes pride in making sure my family is comfortable sanitary and surrounded by the greatest environment etc, I figured this would fulfill my standards well it didn’t. Went into the room was freezing colder than outside! my 3 year old began forming runny nose etc.. turned the heat up to its highest point which was 78, heat did not come out warm but cold air. Didn’t notice it until I realized it was getting colder by the minute! I know sometime it can take time so I gave it an HOUR while my family had to bundle up with their coats and hats on to see if itll get warmer it did not. I went to the front desk and told the receptionist about the situation (Olivia) she seemed to have no remorse and decided to just offer me a free breakfast thanks but I don’t need a free breakfast I need my family to be warm. I asked could we get a different room due to the heat not working she said there’s a way they could edit the temperature from their side so I believed it and went up and tried to again only to have the maintenance man come to our door smelling like a whole pack of cigarettes enters my room and opens the furnace… takes out the filter and said the filter is a little dirty (clearly the filter was brand new)… I said sir it is almost 10pm I’ve been here since 8pm all I want is to get me and my family some sleep

The internet was very spotty so streaming on the TV did not work. Long walks to parking. Otherwise a great experience.

The refrigerator was turned off, and there was no knob to turn it up, so I used my tweezers

Beautiful hotel. The only thing that was out of their control is the elevators were down and we were on the sixth floor.
