Very nice stay during the weekend. Mon.-Fri the hotel was undergoing renovation work. Our room was very nice, however our wonderful river view was obscured with scaffolding.

Everyone very nice. Overall a very nice hotel. Some loud noises for 30-40 minutes around 9pm, finally quieted down. Freezer in fridge needs defrosting. Will return.

Elevator was out of service so it was a challenge for disabled guest to climb stairs. Would have been impossible for guest to get luggage up the stairs. Co-traveler was able to assist getting luggage to the upstairs room. Desk clerk did offer to help with luggage, so that was a good thing

We travelled with our two corgis so the hotel offered dog rooms. Only major deficit is no walk/toilet area for the dogs. Otherwise excellent.

Great, comfy room. The water pressure was great, amenities nice, heated seasonal pool and very comfy beds. All rooms overlook the river for a very relaxing atmosphere. Close to all Grants Pass has to offer.

Had a very nice room with a gorgeous view of the river. The staff was fantastic. Made great recommendations for dinner close enough to walk to. It’s the little things that make us stay wonderful they had popcorn in the office so you could have it while you’re watching a movie I didn’t even know it came with a continental breakfast, which was fantastic so many options so much food I would highly recommend this place to stay if you’re in Grants Pass

Room was super, it was clean, everything worked (in the room) and a great balcony with a view of the Rogue River. The elevator was not working, but they texted me the night before arrival and asked if I needed a ground floor room or if I could use stairways. Satisfied with staff and room and will stay again next time thru this area.

This little place is on our favorites list. Most notable is the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the buildings and grounds, clean pool with accessible towels, breakfast buffet, two EV destination charging stations, and always attentive and friendly staff.
We really appreciate all the little things that the Riverside Inn provides as amenities, especially the EV destination charging stations. The two spots were left open for EV owners (except for late at night when there were no other parking spaces left, which was an understandable situation). Really wonderful and appreciated.

To many rules. If you have a pet they expect you to either take pet with you or only one of you go out/ dinner/breakfast etc at a time as someone has to be in room with pet. Want to enjoy there free breakfast with partner, nope you can't take pet to breakfast so either the pet goes in to a 100° vehicle or you go one at a time. Just ridiculous!!!!
