The housekeeping staff are excellent! The management staff is good depending on who you get. The room was very clean. But my TV went out and I had a night left on my stay. It was the weekend, so no maintenance person. I told the front desk person that it went out the night before at 9 am, he didn't check the tv until after 3:30 pm. I was told that there was no maintenance person on the property and that I had to stay in that room until tomorrow. I told him that I was checking out in the morning. I was not compt a room nor was I given a discount.

The room smells musty.... some of the lights and plugs didn't work- commode didn't flush properly- the room was not clean in too many instances to name. No ice- no disposable cups. In four words.... DO NOT STAY HERE!

Room smelled of cigarettes light didn’t work in the sink room,broken ice machine we had a 17 inch tv & no tv guide the shower had no water pressure it was like getting peed on !!!

The people were very nice and helpful only complaints were we had four people in the room and every day they would only leave 2 towels and had to have our keys reprogrammed twice but the front desk was very quick to get things fixed for us otherwise was a nice stay for what we needed

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. It was old outdated dirty. I would not recommend this to anyone.

The door to the first room that we were given would not lock and it smelled like old cigarette smoke even though we asked for a non smoking room. When we went to say something, the person at the front desk was rude and acted like he could care less. We were not offed a different room until we were about to drive away. The second room had dirty towels, a dirty bathtub and an alll around dirty bathroom. The bed was hard as a rock also. The following morning, my husband went to the lobby to get coffee and the desk clerk was asleep and seemed extremely upset when he had to start the coffee pot even though it was almost 8 in the morning. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

This was a handicapped room. Which was fine. There was no place to hang my clothes. No bar. I had to hang them on the shower rod. There were no towels the first night. She brought some in the next day for the second night.

The staff was nice and room was clean. But very outdated. Bed was horrible. So hard. Like really hard. King size bed had 3 pillows that were very flat. It was not comfortable at all. Comforter was patched in spots. Ice machine was broken. Price for Saturday night was too expensive for quality of room. Very small tv like 16 inch.

Puddles on floor when I arrived. AC leaking and a powerful chemical odor so strong that I had to leave. I came back the next morning and reported my findings to the front desk.

The room had a very strong smell. Not sure what it was but they were trying to cover it with an even stronger cleaner smell. Gave us a headache. The AC was extremely loud and rumbled when it would come on waking us up like every hour. After the first night we had to leave a day early due to an emergency. They would not give us a refund or even a partial refund for checking out 20 hours early! They said it was too late so we lost $100. Will not stay again

Property was mediocre, at best. Which would have been fine if the price had been cheaper, but my wife found a pair of used boxers in the bathroom upon entering the room. Overall this place is NOT worth the money. Just a cheap little place with some fresh paint. Don’t be fooled.

Ended up staying here for one night because all of the other hotels were booked at the moment unfortunately. Cheap rooms and right off the highway exit, staff seems nice and the room was meh, not that terrible but not that great either. But the outside of this hotel is pretty gross bugs are everywhere so beware.

There was tons of hair and other stuff on floor, counter, and all over the bathroom tub. It smelled gross and had a lot of mold and mildew also. We didn’t take our shoes off and felt itchy the whole visit.

The location was good. The bed and room need updating. The room was damp and left my clothes and hair with a swampy smell. The ice machine was broken. I wouldn't stay here again.

Didnt feel safe. The lock latch at the top literally fell off when my son went to open the door for his dad. Our front license plate was stolen off our truck. Bad experience.

The room was dirty. The toilet over flowed with one flush. The floor was dirty in the bathroom. The refrigerator leaked water and a puddle on the floor. The receptionist tried to tell me I couldn’t check out after several rounds he allowed me to check out and my family and I stayed elsewhere

We walked into the room and was immediately hit with the smell of cat urine or male cat spray! The odor was so strong!!! Then our sheets felt damp not to sure if it was cause the a/c wasn't on and it was humid/hot in here. The smell alone was enough! Wish I could Get a refund
