My family and I have stayed here in the past and it was fantastic. This time, not so much. While checking in the card maker wasn't working, once it worked I was given a few snacks as a "sorry" for the delay. Once we went up to our room and found out that someone was already in that room! Luckily, the door never opened, but still, awkward, let me tell you! I ran back down to get another room assigned to us and kind of expected for an upgrade or something for the mess up. Just a "we're sorry that happened" and that was it. Pretty disappointing.
Dont let this, discourage you from staying here, it was a very nice hotel and the staff was very nice. It just seemed like everyone was off the track and were struggling to get back on track.

First let me start off by staying, the two employees working the front desk the evening I checked in were by far two of the best individuals I have ever worked with when checking into a hotel, and I stay in a lot of hotels. They were just great!

PROS - Hotel is spacious and room layouts are great. Really love the option of having the bed separated from the living room with a pull out sofa bed and mini bar area with a fridge and sink. 2 TV's for each room. The free breakfast was better than average with a made to order omelet section. Lots of seating in the common areas and restaurant attached to hotel for easy lunches or dinner options.
CONS - Hotel is older and shows in some areas, the grout around the tile in the pool needs redoing. The ceilings have popcorn on them, the windows are single pane and with the freeway being close by it is easy to hear cars passing by or people speaking outside. The pull out sofa bed mattress is very thin and springs can be felt just with a surface touch. No Smart TV's in the bedrooms, no option to stream movie apps or plug in steaming devices due to lower internet speeds.

Incorrect billing which got only discovered by myself. Charged cleaning services when they didnt even change my bedsheets for any of the nights.

1st time to ever have a rude front desk rep upon check in . He spoke maybe 6 words, acted annoyed when I asked for directions to our room and was replied to with a point and he said “ that way”. .He didn’t tell us the hotel charges for parking . I found out after we got home and saw the charge on my cc. I hope if he was having a bad day it was better next day. Or hope he find a job he can enjoy because hospitality was not his strength .

Great evening drink and appetizers are included as well as a large breakfast with many options. Room was clean, comfortable and included an extra blanket. Price was very reasonable. The only negative was the HVAC did not work. After three hours with no change in temperature we contacted the front desk who sent a maintenance person in and after a second attempt he repaired the problem and we were able to enjoy the evening. They did charge $17 for parking which i feel should have been charged in the room price

It was an incredible hotel! We enjoyed the manager’s reception daily and appreciated the polite staff, open atmosphere, cook to order breakfast option, and hot tub/on site laundry. Very impressed!

The hotel seemed busy and short staffed. We waited a few hours for extra bedding. Our 2nd day we didn’t get room service, so we requested some fresh towels.

The room was spacious and clean. I appreciated the provided snacks. Breakfast was good but very crowded. The gym was very well equipped. This is a family-friendly property but may not for everyone as it is an open-atrium and the sound carries even on the 5th floor. The hotel was easy to access from the freeway and a quick trip to Seattle and Bellevue.

Minor downside - there seemed to be only one cook in the kitchen to man the omelet bar for a fully booked hotel. Made the morning breakfast a bit of a wait.

Had to make a last minute lodging reservation. A staff person was very helpful in us being able to return for a second stay ay same hotel within less than a week during a holiday weekend. Very appreciative of their help. Second great stay.

Hotel is horrible, they slap on extra charge on you for things first and don’t tell you. I parked my car there and on Hotels.com it said for free. The front desk just said “here is a paper pass, please display in windshield so they don’t ticket or tow your car.” Never have they once mentioned there is a parking fee. After you check out they then immediately charge your credit card. Then when you find out they said they cannot do anything about it.

The hotel is old and outdated. Carpet floor is dark and old and appeared dirty. Chair upholstery is peeling.
It gives me a general feeling of old outdated. Breakfast comes with the room but the quality left much to be desired.

Bellevue was very nice, and the Embassy suites exceeded our expectations. Initially we wanted to stay in Seattle but ended up in Bellevue by mistake. The shopping, parks and restaurants were wonderful. Our family of 5 and small dog had a great time. Everything was close, parking free and buses made getting to Seattle a breeze. We parked our car at Eastgate park and ride and bussed to Seattle for a day trip. It was easy and quick, we did it the next night to attend a Mariners game as well.
Staff were helpful, breakfast was plentiful and we especially enjoyed the waffles and omelets. When we go back to Seattle we will stay in Bellevue at the Embassy Suites by Hilton!

Arrived at 4pm to find room had not been cleaned. We waited for half hour til it was taken care. Front desk arranged for free parking n snack for inconvenience.
Quite a few plug outlets in the room did not appear to be working.

I like that my room could sleep myself and 4 granddaughters comfortably. I appreciate the snacks at 5:30 and the breakfast for free. Always enjoy my stay at Embassy Suites.Thanks Stacie
