We almost liked everything about the property itself, except the pool which was a bit old fashioned and could be in a better position, not next to the parking. Missing EV charger also was a disadvantage for me, as I was driving an EV and had to get around town to find a non-busy station. The breakfast was good and the staff were friendly and kind.

They do the little things that make this place better than average such as lots of shelves in the room for placing items out of the way, delicious coffee available in the lobby 24/7, ice in the machines on each floor. It's a short walk to The Sphere in 15 minutes. Excellent Beer and Tacos right next door. with other options available but this place was excellent! Only thing they need to do is fix their slow elevator and the 2nd one that was completely broken, but not too big a deal.

Perfect location for the sphere. 10 minutes walk, no dealing with Uber and traffic and no Casino! Friendly staff, easy parking, dog friendly. Would stay again.

Perfect hotel for a trip to see a show at the Sphere. A short 1/2 mile walk. Staff were awesome & friendly, breakfast terrific, room and air conditioning great! Only flaw was one elevator was out of commission. I'll stay there again!

The staff are amazing, very welcoming, and helpful. They were able to work through when the system was down and pull things together.

Bathroom was moldy smelling, one elevator, ice machine broken so you have to go downstairs and then that machine looks dirty too. Luckily i was only there for 1 night.

A bit disappointed with the location, outdoor pool was dirty (looked like no one cleans), had a room with 2 Queen sized beds but the a/c unit was incredibly loud and nothing was adjustable. Regardless it is OK for one night due to cancellation of my flight.

Sketchy area but apparently pretty secure. No issues experienced. Had some loud guests at 0430 but the staff got them quiet.

Great location and reasonable prices for easy access to The Sphere. We’ve stayed here twice now specifically to be able to walk to the Sphere and the surrounding hotels. It’s fairly quiet (the room doors close loudly), the free continental breakfast is decent, and the room is clean and comfortable. Be advised though, unless you specifically ask, housekeeping does not come until you leave.

Charged me $15/day for parking, but i did not have a car. Hello?

Great choice if you’re headed to an event at the Sphere. Walkable and safe. Some good eating options right next door in Clever and Tacos & Beer. Would stay again.

Ideal spot if you’re going to the Sphere. Rooms are quiet and breakfast is good. A bit dated but nothing wrong with it.

Overall it was super convenient for our walk to The Sphere and they had amazing breakfast that Sunday morning! Property is a bit dated and the elevator wasn’t working so we had to lug our luggage up flights of steps - however, they waived our parking as a gesture which was nice. Would def stay again if you’re going to the Sphere but if you want to be close to the strip - it’s a trek walking wise.

Our room was clean and comfortable with a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Water pressure great and it was a very pleasant stay. The hallways were very warm, but we came during a heat wave of temps over 100 degrees. The included breakfast was much better than expected with hot food and nice extras like DIY yogurt parfait and spinach and salsa, in addition to the make-your-own-waffles. The surrounding area is on the border of a nice area and a sketchy area, but the hotel is very safe and we were probably the closest hotel off the strip to the Sphere, where we attended shows 2 nights. Excellent value for our money.

Perfect stay for going to a Sphere event.

The front desk staff were great! One of the elevators is out of order and based on reviews, has been for at least 1-2 months. Parking is not free. The area does not feel safe. We reported the tub not draining pretty quickly, got told there was no one who could do anything about it, an order would be put in for another day. We reported the roof leaking, the front desk sent their housekeeping manager up, he moved our trash can to the drip and left. I don’t know why he even came, I even said I was just reporting it so we didn’t get any flack for a massive wet spot in our room at check out. I didn’t ask for anything for it, but you’d typically expect to be moved rooms or accommodated for now 2 issues in our room. Didn’t even get any apologies or sympathy from the man who came by. I’ve spent far less in the same area for way better. Again, the front desk ladies were great. I hope all the similar reviews cause the higher ups to make some changes to this hotel. I would never recommend anyone to stay here.

The garbage truck across the street was extremely noisy. I realize this is beyond hotels control, but still unfortunate. Also, every time I stayed here, there’s been one elevator out of service. The workout room needs to have TVs.
