Really nice, clean, updated hotel. The beds were really comfortable. FYI there is no complimentary coffee available except the make-your-own in the room. We waited almost 30 minutes on line at the bistro only to be told they ran out of coffee and it would “be a long time”. Espresso drinks were still available but we are not espresso drinkers. A minor inconvenience but we could have saved time by grabbing coffee on the road, which we had to do anyway.

I would give it about 3.75 stars. It’s a bit old, but we found it very clean. Arrived at 1:00AM and were given the wrong room which was on the noisy freeway side. They moved us to the executive suite which was the last room left, so that saved our stay. We enjoyed the coffee cafe in the lobby for our morning Starbucks. Overall it was fine, but not luxurious by any stretch.

Staff let us down, issues with bills

Room #155 door did not latch properly. Usually, when door closes it locks automatically. This room did not latch when closing, for which I did not discover until 3rd day. It takes a while to finesse it. Fix the darn door!!

The hotel was ok but it was written when we bookthat breakfast was included at no charge but that wasn’t true. Breakfast had to be purchase. So that’s a big disapointment for us.

Very refreshing to finally have the accommodations I paid for; I was starting to loose hope in Hotels.com due to previous experiences with their affiliated hotels

Comfortable beds, clean

Good experience in general, staff are very kind and helpful. Only thing to mention is that the indoor pool is urgly dirty. The water is almost green and the chemicals smell is so strong. You don't want to jump into a pool like that...

Courtyard by Marriott Mahwah was a perfect place to stay. It was clean, staff is friendly and it’s easy to find parking.

The room did not meet exI recently went on a trip and booked accommodation based on the beautiful pictures and glowing reviews I had seen online. However, upon arrival, my excitement quickly turned into disappointment and frustration. The reality did not match my expectations as it was not as depicted in the pictures, and to make matters worse, it was unclean and had an unpleasant odor. From the moment I stepped into the room, I noticed the stark contrast between the images I had seen and the actual environment. The vibrant colors and stylish decor had been replaced with worn-out furniture and faded wallpaper. It was evident that the room had not received proper maintenance in quite some time, and it was far from the inviting retreat I had envisioned. As I ventured further into the space, the uncleanliness became even more apparent. Dust had settled on every surface, and the floor seemed to have been neglected during the cleaning process. It was disheartening to realize that the room had not been prepared adequately for my arrival. The lack of attention to detail was truly disappointing. To make matters worse, a pungent odor engulfed the air, assaulting my senses as soon as I entered the bathroom. It was a combination of stale water, mold, and cleaning products that had gone awry. The unpleasant stench lingered

The indoor pool hours were perfect for traveling with kids.

The hotel was clean the only thing is I wish the TV worked better for me and the WiFi worked better for my google home but other than that it is a beautiful hotel and very clean. I didn’t like the smell of of smoke on the hallways. I think hotels need smoke free

I liked the fuel and food, coffee close by 24 hr. I enjoyed a couple of drinks after my late afternoon event. Also, had time to grab a coffee before leaving hotel next morning. convenient breakfast hours. Staff helpful and friendly. Room was clean and loved plenty of towels. Surprised no little body soap for Tub/shower other than one for hand washing at sink. Plenty of shampoo in shower stall which sufficed. Yes, I would stay there again and recommend. Thank you.

Breakfast for 2 was not as promotion. Either you could have 2 cold items and one beverage or one hot breakfast and one beverage. This is not breakfast for 2
