It was great but the room was so cold. We loved the complimentary breakfast.

Ideal location, good food & drinks, activities. Service was great. The hotel was a bit dated and felt expensive.

Most things worked well, but a few issues didn't:
It took a very long time to get our luggage after we arrived. We had to call and remind them.
Also, the reception didn't always answer the phone when calling from the room.
But in general everything was ok and as expected.

The staff was amazing! Especially Martine who worked check in.
The hotel was antiquated and not very clean.
The sheets smelled like sweat and several times I called the front desk for service and never received.
When i requested housekeeping. They did not properly reset the room.
The nobu restaurant was “closed for the day due to inspection”
- when I inquired about this…the front desk agent wasn’t aware of the closure. I was told someone would reach out to me, which they never did. I wasn’t able to eat at the restaurant which was disappointing.
The main pool was closed during my stay.
I do want to emphasize that everyone on staff was very nice and hospitable.

Plumbing issues in the bathroom. Tub wouldn’t drain. Submitted multiple requests and they couldn’t fix the issue. Showered all weekend in ankle deep, dirty water.

Amazing hotel! Exceeded my expectations! Will be booking again!!! The 3 pools so nice! and spacious, friendly environment. The staff make you feel just like at home! Loved everything!!!

Loved the access to the beach. Took wasn’t really clean, greasy windows. Especially for having the luxury suite. No coffee pods in room. Very sparse for the price.

Our room was not available when we got there and were told we had an upgraded room but it didn’t feel upgraded. It was on the first floor and felt very industrial with an unusable outdoor spa/bath.

Overall the service was very good each employee and staff I interacted with were knowledge and curtious. Now for the state of the hotel its age is clearly showing. There is chipped paint, scuffs on the walls. The carpet in the hallways looked like they haven’t been changed since the 90s with stains and tears. The wallpaper in the room and hallways is peeling and have water stains. Water stains on the walls and ceiling. The place is getting very rundown.

I come here often. The front desk is really nice, if yiu can get ahold of them....
Room was dirty with someones eyelashes and contact lenses left on the best rest.
Rooms are not updated as you would think and the staff is not organized.
The Nobu pool was closed so the edon roc pool was given to them and we were nit allowed to use it. That was a piss off. We needed a black bracelet to go to that pool which was odd to us because its the same hotel. Very confusing grounds.

We were travelling with young kids and we had a great time. Overall this is an amazing resort with great pools and beach access. Internet was spotty at times, depends where you were on the resort. Property is beautiful with the exception of ongoing construction including one of the 3 pools that was closed.

The room was excellent but my sister got sick because the mold smell bad on the hallway we have to use back door to go inside because the smell was getting us sick couldn’t breathe at night
