Not a fan of their Breakfast. The door to the shower and washroom opened to the room, so washing our hands in the middle of the night was such an inconvenience and would wake up everyone. Location was perfect.

Very well located. Its right at the edge of a TON of things to see and do. Everyone was nice and friendly - food was great. Enjoyed our time there.

Exceptional location close to central station and everything else you need to know in Bruselas.

Great location, adjacent to the train station and main attractions in Brussels. Comfortable room, small shower but also had a full size soaking tub. Close enough to restaurants and shops to have some noise in the evening but did not keep us awake. Convenient restaurant/bar and snacks available for sale in the lobby.

The hotel room has beg bugs !! I have been bitten all over and when i told the teamm at reception, they didnt say much, they said it xould be mosquitoes may be and thats all. No apologies , no concern on even showing them the red marks all over my hands and neck and legs. Expected lot more from them to respond to a serious issue. Nightmare to ensure we dont carry it back home and had to throw a lot of things out Only good thing was the location

Novotel is the best. It was regularly clean. The staff was very helpful. The area around is easily accessible for restaurants. The Brussels Central station is two minutes walk away from the hotel.

Great location, friendly staff, nice comfortable bed. Our one 'note' (not really a complaint) is that, although separating the ensuite toilet from the rest of the bathroom is a nice touch, there is no sink with the toilet. This means walking through the room to wash hands and was particularly awkward for our teenage daughter!

Excellent location. You can walk around for hours with plenty of food, shopping options. Easy commute to train station (500 meters)

A good hotel, but my stay was spoiled by a long wait at check-in, bad sound insulation in my room, and truly awful pillows. The worst hotel pillows ever.

Very srategic loccation, able to reach most attractions by foot. Many dining options nearby.

The location is excellent, walking distance from the Grand Place. The bed was not so big and the sofa bed was uncomfortable for my kid.

Conveniently located to every place we wanted to visit and a very short walk to the train station. Clean room and friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent!

Centre of everything

Great location in terms of being near the Grand Place and also the rail station. The hotel is quite modern and the room appeared fine. However, there appeared to be a used towel still within the room when we arrived and after our first night each of us woke up with small bite marks which was very concerning. On our last morning, we noticed a dead fly in the waffle mix for the make your own waffle station so steered clear. The positives were the restaurant staff who were friendly although the reception desk staff were not as warm or helpful. For convenience the hotel gets top marks in terms of central location.

For what seems like a high end hotel it really isn’t. Maybe because of the location in a touristy area. But it was still safe, comfy, and met the needs of my family.

The location of the property was great and only a couple of minutes walk from the Central Station. The ambience of the hotel is also very pleasant and the staff are friendly and helpful. The room was, however, very small for a family of three and the sink in the bathroom was stained and disgusting. The air condition was not very effective and it wasn’t very comfortable at night . Housekeeping was not very pleasant and was putting pressure on us to vacate the room in the morning so that they can get it cleaned . That was not nice as it’s up to us what time we leave and it made us feel very uncomfortable to have a lie in in the morning. Overall it was an ok stay . What made it bearable was the location which was right in the middle of the Grand Place and absolutely amazing.

This is a great place to stay as it is in the area you will walk around, eat, hang out and catch tours from in Brussels. It is a clean nice hotel with smallish European rooms and a decent breakfast buffet. You will def not be disappointed

This hotel was reasonably priced in the IDEAL location, just steps away from the Central train station but facing a beautiful and lively square full of eateries. I LOVED my stay and will stay here again when I return. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location was excellent but the hotel is barebones. Service is terrible, food was missing part of a pizza. Stay for the location but not the hotel itself.

Hotel is situated in the heart of Grand Place where there were lots of restaurants and electric atmosphere/vibe. Highly recommend Novotel Brussels.

Being near the Brussels Central railroad station and Grand Place is a perfect location for those wanting to do day trips and enjoy the City of Brussels, too. The hotel was pleasant, clean, with nice sized rooms. Staff was available to answer questions, give advice and/or directions. My family and I would stay here again.
