Did not end up staying at this hotel as there were bugs on the curtains, a fist sized hole in the bathroom door, a fire alarm that wouldn’t stop beeping, dirty sheets, & dirty water that hadn’t been drained from the bathtub as well as a lock on the door that was broken. Asked for a full refund and was told I could only get half. Would not recommend this hotel to anybody.

This property is rundown and very unkempt. It did not feel super safe. It had a very unpleasant smell. I would not stay again.

Check in was fine. But when i got to the room. One light switch did nothing, the other went to a light where 2/3 were burned out. There were only 2 small pillows like you'd put on a couch.

At first I thought the room was too hot.But I forgot it is really humid in Iowa/Nebraska.I loved the continental breakfast.It was an okay trip and stay.I recommend travelers to stay at the Quality Inn & Suites.

This hotel was horrible looking. Severely out dated, rusty pipes in the room, rusty items in the bathrooms, toilet was also leaking so bad that it had standing puddles that I slipped on and almost fell, walls cracking, outside of the building looks like its falling apart, located in a bad area of town. We felt very unsafe. Bed was horrible and you only get 2 pillows that are smaller than a couch pillow. Dresser drawers were broke and wouldn't stay shut. All around, just nasty .

The whole place smelled of mildew. No where in the reservation did it say we would have to pay $100 PER PERSON deposit. We made the reservation for 3 people and there were only 2 towels in the room. We ask for extra towels and never received them. The breakfast was a poor quality at best. Very disappointed.

Affordable but not clean or well maintained.Room had an odor and drywall mud on ceiling in bathroom. Two TV’s in the room but only 1 remote that didn’t work. Had to call for assistance- did receive help very quickly. Bed was comfortable but will never choose to stay at a Quality Inn again!
Once we arrived we were informed we had to put$100 incidental fee down- supposed to be refunded. Remains to be seen. Should not apply an incidental fee up front only upon departure and if there is damage. That way we aren’t waiting to get our money back.

So so many bugs in that hotel. I stayed one day and I had to go to doctor. Bugs got me pretty bad. How can they allow thst in America? Doesn’t anyone check this hotel? Health service should shut it down.

Bathroom vent hanging out of the ceiling, full of dust and dirt. Appears no repairs/updates have been done for about 30 years. Clientele hanging around the outside of the property questionable (I arrived at 2am from a late flight, just needed the room for the night, didn't know the area, shame on me for not researching before booking). would not recommend.

Room didn't have the proper amount of towels. Breakfast was sub standard. There were female quests staying there long term that had several male quests at all hours of the day and evening.

Full of shady people, most likely people on substances!! Lived in CB 10 years ago, this property did not look like this then!!! Would not have booked it knowing what it looked like now!!! Glad i have my conceal carry license!!

Wallpaper falling off, carpet pulled up from floor, base trim falling off, smelt terrible, a guy smoking cigarettes in the stairwell, broke wall plug ins and all that is very dangerous for very small children that we had with us.

Stay away!!! Our room was full of ants! They did not have another handicapped room. Building is old and the rooms reflect the age!!!

Property was dirty, room cleanliness was questionable (mold in sink) . Did not feel safe on property. Water pressure was questionable and took forever for water to heat up to shower. Wall plug outlets were loose. TV remote wasn’t working right. Should be called “Low” Quality Inn instead.

This was an inexpensive hotel near Charles Schwab stadium. The staff was extremely accommodating, the rooms were clean and they offered breakfast in the mornings.

Do not stay at this property. It is dirty and reeks of stale cigarettes. Staff is not helpful either. We asked for more pillows and he said one per customer. Doesn't that sound like great hospitality!

Dangerous places, very dirty, homeless people hanging out outside, and they woke me up at 02.30 screaming. I was scared to leave. It felt very unsafe. Sketchy location
