Beautiful facility. Great location. The bar was great service was wonderful the choices late night after 10:00 p.m. work perfect. We enjoyed our breakfast the next day we did till adult breakfast prices are a little pricey but the service and food were great. Modest holiday decorations that were beautiful. We will definitely stay again.

2 rooms no hot water in either room
Toilets not flushing correctly made noise when not in use , frig froze up in one of the rooms could not control ac. For price not worth it . Oh lucky I had my on body wash non in the shower

My visit was Excellent 👍 Everyone was so helpful. Rachel, was so nice, she told us about the restaurant to visit. And we enjoyed the food at Halls was excellent.
There was several other people, that was helpful didn't get there names. Alexis, she was not just pretty she had a beautiful smile. She checked me in for my reservation.
Enjoyed!! Everything No problems, will visit again soon.

It was a nice hotel and the staff was very friendly. Entering the hotel from the parking deck was very confusing on where to go. A more few signs to direct guests would work great to help.

Hotel was nice and accessible. Close to walking distance restaurants. Checked out early and didn’t get back our money for the last day. Paid $225 for a day and didn’t even stay there. Don’t book through a secondary company. Book directly with the hotel.

I like that the staff I meet was in uniform and professional and was polite and helpful. I didn't like how corporate isn't really offering any to the guest at the rates there charged but has everything healthy marked up to the guest for things sold under convenience aren't to friendly to your guests. Over all my stay was safe, clean , and enjoyable.

Terra at the front desk was so helpful at check in, she is fantastic a such a great asset to your company. Miss Lorraine at checkout is so sweet, she is great! Now for Miss Jackie at the restaurant, where do I start. We had breakfast at the restaurant and she could not be more helpful and pleasant. We were traveling back from the Mayo Clinic with my wife’s sister and had had a bad week and her smile and kindness were a welcome site and what we needed. She is such a lovely person and we so enjoyed meeting her.

They toilet ran all night long with noise, my key card wasn’t work the lock on the door went dead and the front ask had to let me in the room after giving me 4 keys to try. Just a awful stay.
