Room never got cold and it was cold outside. Water was delayed in getting warm and shower head needs replaced for better pressure. Otherwise clean and decent for price. Would stay again.

Just an average Hotel with terrible breakfast. Inspire reminding several times the could not provide black tea in the morning. They keep serving the same leftovers each morning. It's BW MINUS Sugarland.

Stayed one night with my son attended a Christian Concert-Crowder & Cain… that ended later at night! The hotel was very convenient and close by the venue and we are from out of town. Clean room, wonderful breakfast and good service. Thank you!

Came here for a weekend stay before a Comedy Show in Sugarland. Hotel has professional staff that are friendly, courteous, attentive and willing to help. The room was clean, the bathroom was clean and for the most part it was quiet. We were originally scheduled to stay until Monday but there was noise in the hallway which sounded like a boom every so often and with me and my husband being Disabled War veterans, the noise was startling us too much to stay and keeping us awake so we left a night early.
Husband enjoyed the free breakfast. I love the free parking and the refrigerator and microwave in the room as well. Those are the 4 things I look for when researching hotels anywhere. Overall it was a nice, clean hotel located in a spot that was easily accessible to a TON of restaurants, stores and any amenities that you would need while away from home.

Worst hotel stay in my life!!! Lobby smelled so strongly of marijuana, when told to the clerk at the counter he said he didn’t notice and did nothing. Room was not clean, doors slam loudly from surrounding rooms throughout the night, bed appeared to have cigarette burns on the comforter, beds were extremely uncomfortable!! If I could give a negative rating I would!

Extremely clean. You can tell it was a fairly new establishment. Very quiet and very comfortable. Will stay again. A 10 out of 10.

When we checked into our room there were items from the previous guest all over the place including a tripod (creepy). We insisted on another room. This room had a noisy ac, terrible beds and pillows. The rooms here are so small! This location seems to attract clientele we don’t wish to be around. We won’t be staying at this property again.

The hotel is located in a convenient location. It is easy to park. The hotel front desk staff was nice and helpful!
The bedroom and bathroom are clean.
The only issues I encountered was that the bathroom vanity is a little too small and the elevator not very smooth when it reached the destination floor.

The TV was not working on the day of our arrival. The front desk said it was too late and that they would report it. The next morning, the front desk said they would send someone up after we left for the day, and I reminded them on our way out. That night, the TV still wasn't working. I reported it again, but it was too late for someone to fix it. On the third day, a repairman knocked on the door as we were packing to leave. BTW, a friend who stayed there the first night on the same floor also had issues with the TV not working.

The front staff were helpful. There was very weak water pressure even after they came to fix a leaking faucet.
The smell of marijuana was ridiculous. First floor- elevator and hallway both days- all day. Our in room refrigerator was leaking and when I looked at it- it was frozen up on the coils.

Lady at the front desk gave someone a room key to my room without verifying with me that it was okay. She put me in a VERY dangerous and possible life threatening situation.

This was actually a very pleasant stay. I would totally stay here again if I ever came to Sugarland again. The staff and the owners were tremendously kind and nice. The hotel common areas were very clean. The room was very clean though the floors could have been cleaner. The pool area was very nice and I enjoyed it a lot. I wish there were some restaurants that were walkable to the motel, but it was cool. They were all within maybe 10 minutes driving with traffic.
