the shower didn’t work no pressure had a hard time showering th cable was messed up

I liked Everything. Very clean and fresh smelling when I got in my room. I was very impressed.

The beds were very comfortable, bathroom was clean and very spacious.

The ice machine only was working on 1 floor.

Clean room

Breakfast was a disaster. There were no cups. No cereal. No bread of any kind. There was scrambled eggs and bad sausage. There was coffee, milk, and juice. The waffle machine and oatmeal pot were not plugged in and not available. The front desk was friendly but took no responsibility or action and blamed it on the kitchen staff. The kitchen staff were somewhat hostile and told me to talk with the front desk. So many kids were disappointed, and it was New Year's Day, so there were a lot of families traveling. For that price, when "Breakfast Included" is listed online, the upcharge should allow the hotel to stock the kitchen. I blame poor management.

The staff was so friendly and accommodating. Addressed any questions or concerns we had. The breakfast was really good. The layout of the room was very nice. Beds were comfortable. Have stayed at Springhill before and would return again.

The comforter and sheets were a little dingy.

there was only one door into and out of the building; people the floor above me stomped and jumped all night through 4am, and in the morning there was an odd smell perforating through the building (possibly weed).

They change mi reservation of room to another class, no explanation just she said: We do not have the room available. Just this...

I liked the room. It had a separate sitting area. I liked the indoor pool

The bathroom mirror was chipped quite a bit. Needed a full size mirror
