The cleanliness of the place as a whole, room was very clean and comfortable.

When time to check out, there wasn’t anyone at the front desk. I had to call the corporate office and have them call the facility. I waited 35 minutes before a sleeping staff member finally came to the front desk. Unprofessional behavior.

was staying there because was having surgery and was close to the hospital room was dirty and smelled was staying because of breakfast they had no breakfast

Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Dale,at the front desk, and the lady that takes care of breakfast are really super.

For my purpose, there was nothing not to like.

Location only

Room had a odor, and bathroom needs to upgraded. The tub was so nasty. The rooms need to upgraded. Need to get refrigerators & microwave in all the rooms.

Dale at the front desk was very accommodating with any needs I had. The kitchen and cleaning staff were guest-forward in making sure I had everything I needed to make my stay positive. The breakfast was great with fresh fruit, good eggs, sausage, bacon, cereal, etc., that was tasty and filling.

The beds were extremely comfortable.

My TV worked but the DirecTV did not. I tried connecting a Playstation but the wifi blocked the internet access. I didn't call because my son and I were only there to sleep. Also the pool water was a light green and a little slimy. All of the room lighting was done via lamps and they were extremely bright led bulbs. Also the room was all white, even the shelves and desk. The price was comparable to surrounding hotels and at this price these small issues should not have existed.
