we were 10 people and had booked 5 twin rooms. we experienced the people at the reception as slow and uninformed. both at check-in and check-out. the hotel is not centrally located in relation to the old town. the hotel is somewhat tired for being 5 stars, but there is plenty of space and good beds.

Nice and big hotel. The gym was outstanding, best hotel gym I’ve seen. Spa / wellness was also big, but missed some jacuzzi options. Staff was very policy driven which is good when things are working, but sucks when something happens that requires a thinking human being. Like for instance when I was in my bathrobe heading to the spa and walked outside my hotel room door and forgot my keycard inside. The cleaning staff saw me exit the room but was unable to let me back in because of policy. So then I had to go to the reception in my bathrobe. Not that glorious, although I understand operating a hotel that big requires staff to follow protocol, but then again... Breakfast was good and hotel was a short walk from good restaurants and cafes.

This hotel is so beautiful. All the amenities you could need are available. 24/7 restaurant, spa, bar, exec lounge and the cloud 9 cocktail bar is outstanding. Walking distance to everything and easy to get an Uber.

Enjoyed my stay here and everything was brilliant. Breakfast had really good variety, loved the omelette being made while you waited.

Everything is good. Beside 15mins walk distance to old town plaza.

This property was ok! They stole money from me as they said that I had booked and room and stayed in the room when this wasn’t correct and I was changed £139 this also happened with my mother in law
