Property was nice and well kept. The room was clean but the bathroom needs a little help. The tub was stained and the paint and calking needed to be fixed. The fire alarm started beeping while I was taking a shower because of the steam. I had to open all the windows to get it to stop. The bed was comfortable and clean. I slept well.

The hotel is nice. Offers hot breakfast in the morning. Had a small problem with the TV. The remote wouldn't work. Guest services were great and tried to resolve the problem but couldn't figure out why the remote wouldn't work with the TV.

We are happy that we chose this property. We will definitely stay here again. The service, staff and property was excellent. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast area was very clean and the food was good. We left another hotel due to uncleanliness and poor service and facilities and were extremely pleased that we chose the Best Western Country Inn. Stephanie, the night manager, was very helpful with our transition from one hotel to their hotel. You will not be disappointed if you choose this hotel.

The motel room was dirty. No soap for the showers. We stayed there. A couple of nights made never showed up to give us fresh towels empty trash had no phone in the room and the TV was sporadic. I would not recommend this place.

We stayed here for CPH graduation weekend 2024. Our double queen room was generous in size and the beds were comfortable. We had a microwave and refrigerator with small freezer. This property is motel style with parking outside the door. I expected noise but we were pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was. There are two stories and no elevator.
It was an unusually busy weekend and they were out of bacon when I was at the breakfast area. There was no attendant visible. They could have anticipated needing more breakfast food that weekend. The rates were certainly very inflated, so it's not like they didn't know it was graduation weekend.
A minor glitch is that I couldn't get the ironing board for Room 102 to go down. I think it may be past its best-by date.
Overall we had a good stay and I would stay there again.
