Great location, clean, efficient staff

Within walking distance to a nice brewery, the room was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly.

The water pressure in the shower was not good. The breakfast options weren’t very good and they ran out of pancake batter and didn’t refill it.

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! Frühstück war gut für amerikanische Verhältnisse. Zimmer war sauber und nett. Sehr schöner Whirlpool und Pool, den wir abends genossen haben.

Nur gab es beim Einchecken mit allen unseren 3 Kreditkarten Probleme, obwohl wir davor im Supermarkt und später auch im Restaurant damit bezahlt haben. Wir musste es daher in bar bezahlen. Es gab dafür nicht einmal eine Entschuldigung obwohl es offensichtlich nicht an uns lag!

Property was very well maintained. Grounds are attractive and well-manicured. Our room was spacious, quiet, and clean; the bed was very comfortable. I particularly like the full-size bath products instead of those tiny bottles of lotion, shampoo, and body wash. And breakfast was very good.

Nothing negative to report.

We loved the old-school vibe. The property was welcoming and made us feel like we were back home. GREAT breakfast. My husband is still talking about the biscuits and gravy.

We wish we could have stayed longer. We could have kicked back on one of those balcony benches for hours.

Rooms are large, clean. Bfast food was good, starts 6am early which was helpful as we had an early day. Quiet even on holiday weekend. Walking distance to restaurants.

Fridge isn't on when you get there. Our a/c system did not work, they did not offer another room or discount even though i called multiple times throughout the night as the room was very hot (67 is usually too cold for me and it couldn't get less than high 70s). Pillows large and lumpy. Front desk woman wasn't very kind, didn't give any info like they normally do (bfast hours, location of room, pool hours location etc). I had to ask everything.

Breakfast was better than most hotel breakfasts. Our dogs got welcome cookies.

Very clean. Friendly staff. Good location.Saving energy by not running fridge unnecessarily.(But it works well when you need it.)

I would recommend that they provide better coffee in the room and in the lobby dispensers.

Location a bit out of town, but a few minutes walk to a Brewery for an easy meal. We enjoyed the hot tub in the evening.

Staff not really forthcoming with information, but when asked did offer suggestions of where to eat.

Exactly what you expect from the Best Western family of motels. Clean, comfortable and centrally located.

The neighbors were a little noisy but that was no problem.

The bed was very comfortable and pillows were great.

stayed in jacuzzi suite. Had to clean it before using. There was hair and particles in it. When flushing the toilet it wouldn’t go down all the way. The water stopped working for a little bit. The fridge wasn’t very cold at all.

On the breakfast menu during my stay: Eggs, Chorizo, Tortillas, Shredded cheese, Biscuits and gravy. Also available was; Pancakes, toast, bagel and cream cheese, yogurt, coffee, juice, milk, string cheese. Loved the flavor of the pancakes. Cereal was also available. Breakfast area was very clean. Seating area had some comfortable bench seats and chairs and tables. My Room was so spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. Wifi signal strong.

Not a complaint just a suggestion due to my personal preference. Requesting to place an additional roller shade on the front window to darken the room more.
