The night manager was very kind and helpful. My room was very nice and clean. I'm a solo traveler with dogs and it's important to me for feeling safe

Not only was the breakfast disappointing but the woman that gave me my brown bag special was extremely rude. The brown bag special came with a piece of fruit and granola bar and a mini juice but the staff is not on the same page as far as when the deposit is going to be released.

The front desk lady took too long checking people in. She was also on a personal cell phone call while checking us in. Then she gave us a room on the third floor. Our room Was completely lit up at night with the parking lot lights on! The water pressure in the shower was terrible and i didnt like having to hold onto the shower head sprayer while showering!

Nothing to do with the weather!!! Everything to do with a filthy environment smells as you even walk into the building. Smells like drug addicts live there. I would not let my pet stay there.

The room was terrible. The door wouldn’t close alll the way. The lock on the door was loose. The sheets on my bed had blood stains. After I called multiple times for them to come change them they never came. So I had to sleep in a chair. It was terrible

The pictures on Expedia were not of the actual property. The property was unmarked.
No signs of any kind. Just two color paint. Would have thought it was abandoned just driving by. The lobby smelled super unpleasant. The front desk assistant asked for a "cash" deposit with no receipt. Something wired about that. Also the assistant was very rude and unpleasant to deal with.

She literally just stared at me while I was waiting to check in. They only take cash for drinks they offer in the front? Nd she told me last minute if I payed the $50 in cash I would get it next day.

We were given a room that was occupied, walked to the office again and second time around we were assigned an empty room!

Refrigerator was stained yellow not sure from what but probably will not want to stay here. Aside from all this the good was shower water pressure was great and room was good size.

Got there with 2 registered service dogs. showed them the IDs and the woman still charged me for one of them. took 50$ charge for each room incidentals and kept 50$ after we checked out and the rooms were cleaner than when we originally checked in. Breakfast was a sack with a small drink, apple and muffin. Rooms were gross, walls were nasty, was nothing like the pictures and for only 10$ more i could have gotten a way nicer hotel. That wasn't worth the $100 i spent on each room. Don't be fooled by pictures. Ice machine was broken as well.

We had to change rooms 2 times 1st room fridge did not work 2nd room tv did not work. 3rd room had a gap under the door of about an inch. trash in the courtyard AC units rattling. the pictures on your website are false advertising. their idea of "continental" breakfast is a paper bag with a banana, a muffin and a little bottle of oj. Oh, and there are no ice makers on the property! the floors in the rooms were dirty. It was disappointing. Good luck if you stay at this hotel.

The staff was in creditably rude and very very unhelpful. They wouldn’t give me a refund even though my whole booking got messed up because of them and they wouldn’t let me have a refund on top the expensive room they put me in without letting me know was very dirty the floor was covered in red and yellow stains, the toilet was dirty, the curtins and the inside of the shower were dirty and the worst part is I had to use my suitcases to keep the door completely closed.
