The room appeared to be recently renovated. Nice bed, comfortable mattress and quiet.

It appears to seem homeless people were living there and it appears to seem unsafe. It was close to the shopping center.

I had a flat tire, my car was towed to the nearby AAA, it was late at night and I was exhausted. There was no entrance to the hotel road because they were doing road construction and I had to find a way to get there following the fence of the strip mall. It was dark and felt dangerous. The desk man was short and rude, and the room was sad and rundown.

For the bill for a cheap night’s stay. Was impressed with the responsive, available staff (came right over to fix my TV!). One star off for constantly running toilet and very loud, on-again-off-again AC that made it a bit hard to sleep. Clean enough for a place like this for me.

Are room was nice and clean but the out side was trashy

Staff was friendly & the room looked nice, we were away at an event all day & were only there to sleep. We woke up in the morning & found multiple bed bugs. We were disgusted to say the least.

The Enfield Red Roof Inn is in better condition than the Vernon property. It seems to have more housekeeping staff and a more updated decor.

Excellent location! A few feet away from I91. Only 10 minutes away from Six Flags New England. It has plenty of restaurants 5 minutes or less all around it. Parking and hotel surroundings are kept very clean. Check-in process was really fast and easy. This is extremely convenient after spending a whole day at Six Flags. Deposit was only $50. The room looked clean. The bathroom was small and the tub had a rust stain in the middle of it. For a family of four it could've had more towels. The shower was very good. Fridge and microwave worked fine. The beds were comfortable. The sheets smelled and looked clean. Check-out process was also fast and easy. Recommended if going to Six Flags, and if you are on a budget.

When opened door to go in side room, it smelt very musty in a bad way and had to kill bug running at me on floor. So I thought best to check the beds for bugs and found a crack pipe, pen, and lighter under the mattress of one bed and debris under the mattress of the other. Spent the night wanting to sleep in my vehicle and also spent the night listening to some woman screaming and banging the door through out the night. Upon checkout had to ring bell multiple times and call multiple times with no help. Left the key cards with a note to check myself out. Would not recommend this place.

Property was gross. The first room I was given smelled like chlorine and there was a dead bug as soon as I walked in. The second room I was given had a clogged sink, a strange sticky substance on the toilet seat and a battered tub. Thankfully I only slept one night. Couldn’t get out of there fast enough.

I would come back other times, clean room. The only thing that doesn't work well is the air conditioning.

Was very impressed by the remodel of the hotel.not just the room but the whole property was extremely clean staff was great.you can’t beat the price! Planning on going to the area threw out the summer and know where we’re gonna stay

It was convenient to stay in, but very noisy at night. I woke up at 4 am to some very loud noises next door.

Room was in disrepair, AC smelled when turned on, attempts to repair bathroom tub were very noticeable with rust stains visible and patches to tub. Staff was not friendly and acted like they could careless if we stayed there. Very poor service! If all Red Roof Inns are like this we'll never stay again.. only got "stuck" here because noting else was available in the area.

I did not like the fact that when I arrived, they informed me that with reservations from outside companies, reservations are not guaranteed. If they are full up on their own, that reservation is not valid. They did rent me another room but only for 2 of the 3 days that I made my reservation for. I think you should drop them as customers cannot depend on having their original reservation.

I had paid for a non smoking room only to be told smoking was what they had. The next morning the front desk person said there were some when I was checking out. This person indicated there was a room for me but I had already made other arrangements, they indicated all I needed to do was talk to the front desk manager for a refund of my other nights stay. When I called the person I spoke to said non refundable and hung up. Felt unbelievable angry. Also I felt that the decisions made would have been different if I looked different. This a feeling not a fact.
