Conveniently located to highway but not noisy. Room very clean. I was there for a funeral and the front desk put me in a beautifully quiet room

Fee for parking in an unsecured surface lot, lackluster breakfast.

The location was central.

The overall stay was okay except for when it came to housekeeping. We were only there for two days and had to ask for clean towels because housekeeping never came to our room. The towels were left outside of the room in a plastic bag. First and last time staying at this facility!

Having to pay for parking! Having to put up 250.00 dollars for possible cleaning of room!

The breakfast was a disaster. came down at 9 am and the waffle iron was unusable, crusted with failed attempts to cook by previous guests, no plate, no coffee . when staff person arrived was non communication and just started putting things away. total fail

Location is great for us as we are here to visit family. Enfield is a much nicer/prettier/safer option than Downtown Springfield. Breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast--eggs, proteins, yogurts, juice, coffee, muffins. Not great but adequate.

Housekeeping could have been better. Beds & bathrooms were clean and comfortable. The floors are hard surfaced. They could have used a good mopping. Same with the bathroom walls. I did tell management upon checkout. Also, the bathrooms has a sliding barn door which means you never really have privacy as there is at least an inch gap on either side when it is closed. Also, the toilet is horrifficly loud.

Room wasn’t cleaned. we were told that cost extra under Covid policy and that we should have been told. Also had people above us that were partying and the noise went right through the ceiling.

A good distance from six flags and decently quiet. I would most likely stay there again due to the location and the good breakfast in the morning but will be extra careful with my stuff next time

Microwave didn't work. Couldn't put on the ac and the thermostat wouldn't allow me to put it lower than 66. And lastly I lost my sweatshirt there, took me forever to get in touch on the phone. When I eventually got in touch they never called me back so I had to keep calling. Eventually after several hours they didn't find anything, but it was still a stressful situation so beware of possible theft
