I was very disappointed that I had to pay for parking. It was listed as parking available. It had its own parking lot. Breakfast area clean and nice though limited

Very clean! All the staff were super friendly. The breakfast was the only thing not so great. The hot food was pretty gross.

Tried to get ice and it was a major ordeal. You need to have the keycard envelope with you to scan the barcode to unlock the ice machine. Otherwise it was a very good experience.

It was the first stop of a tour of New England. The property was beautiful with the fall colors. It bet our needs well.

They charge me $7 for parking at the hotel. I expect that in New York City or Miami where parking is limeted. I don't expect that in little enfield.Connecticut, where they have a huge parking lot.

Really unhappy we had to pay for parking and that then we had to walk all the back to the parking lot to put a permit in our car.
Then we feel the check in person put us in a room ALLLLL the way at the end of a long hallway, as I complained about the parking. Maybe. The hotel was actually quite beautiful but the layout with the long hallway with the only elevator at one end was not a good design.

The ceiling in the bathroom was pealing. The towels were very scratchy. The room didn't smell clean.

The air conditioning would not turn off and the room was freezing , the hotel imposed a $7 parking charge when their hotel was basically located in a field

Customer service was great. Room was dirty. Spills on the wall . Spills on the floor. Mold in the shower. Floor tile grout was dirty in the restroom. Stains on the towels. Bed was ok though.

Very nice hotel, convenient location, friendly staff, beautiful grounds and outdoor sitting area.

Staff was great,especially Tory who helped us in time of a family crisis and was very compassionate.
The one thing that I did not like is that the hotel charges $7 per night for parking. I feel like this is nickle and diming folks attached on to rates that are not that inexpensive.

They pre-authorized over $1500 on my credit card for a three day stay and asked me to pay with my debit card the next morning which I did. I don’t know why they preauthorized that much money but it totally inconvenienced my weekend. Seems like a very amateur way to do business.

Upon arriving to the hotel, there was a family reunion party going on in the dining and bar area. Loud music couldn’t even hear the front desk assistant. Was told that the restaurant and bar was not available to guests due to the party going on. That should have been disclosed upon booking of the hotel.

I liked the place. I paid I. Advance for 2 rooms. I arrived around 5pm and one of my rooms was not ready. I got the second room until 6pm
