The staff is absolutely amazing. Great location, not a far walk from the train station.The room was very quite and clean. I would have rated a full five stars except the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. If they just replace the pillows, an easy fix, that would help immensely.

Quick stop, good location to the train terminal. On the edge of the walkable downtown so had easy access yet a quiet spot. Very well appointed rooms.

Our first impressions of the hotel were not positive. When we reached our floor after checking in, we noticed the carpets in the hall were severely worn and stained. Our room smelled like cigarette smoke even though it was non-smoking (it took a day for the smell to subside).
We tried to support the hotel by trying to eat dinner at their restaurant but were turned away because we did not have reservations (even though most tables were unoccupied). After walking a block, we ate a lovely meal at a crowded eatery and we did it without reservations. When we returned to the hotel, most tables were still unused, telling us either the dining facilities were understaffed or workers were indifferent. That indifference was on full display when a staffer provided me with a stale gluten free roll at breakfast.
We do admit there were some great attributes to this hotel including its location, a competent front desk staff, a great bathroom, and the most comfortable bed in our two weeks of travel in Switzerland.
Our suggestion is to treat the hotel and your customers with more respect. Upgrade the interior and restore the great character of the hotel. Until you do, it is hard to justify the prices you charge.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Traveled with my wife and two kids. The room we stayed in was the family room and was very spacious and modern. I highly recommend this hotel for families traveling to Interlaken.

Fabulous stay. As a couple Americans traveling in August, we very much appreciated the in-room AC (it wasn't as powerful as we're used to in the States, but it was the best cooling we had in multiple hotels across Europe this trip). Beds were comfortable, employees were friendly, breakfast was good. Walkable from the bahn (train) and town. Would definitely recommend.

Hotel was walkable to the train, bus, cruise stations, and various restaurants. However, the hotel size was extremely small. We booked for a family of three, we could hardly move our luggages. This was more of an outdated boutique type of hotel with no gym, sauna, or swimming pool.

We would highly recommend the hotel. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was larger than we expected and very clean. The room also had air conditioning. The property was beautiful with a nice garden to sit in and relax. The breakfast offered many choices. We would definitely stay here again!!

Great hotel in the heart of Interlaken. Just an easy 10 minute walk from Interlaken Ost. We had a quiet room at the side of the hotel with a fantastic view of the church and the snow-capped mountains. Breakfast was very good with effort made to change the selection everyday.
I just wish the bed was a bit firmer, the sheets smelled fresher and bath towels were newer/whiter.
Overall, it was a good stay and would consider staying at this hotel next time we're in Interlaken.

One restaurant staff in evenings was rude and not accomodating to us hotel guest. We visited 2 times and both time we encountered her , she was unpleasant and attitude was bad to say the least. Overall, the hotel and other staff was very nice.

Stayed with family including a toddler and had a fabulous time visiting the Bernese Oberland , everyone in this hotel had been so welcoming , friendly , efficient .Lovely breakfast and dinner ,feeling very safe ,and comfortable, relaxing.Thank you George ,what a marvelous team !

This hotel is very clean! The breakfast is included in your stay and has lots of delicious options. Interlaken is a great place to stay you are close to the train, so you can easily day trip to visit different parts of Switzerland. We went hiking, skiing, and skydiving. AMAZING!

Easy walk from the train station, breakfast was impressive considering it was “free”. Got the tiny room and felt like it was enough room for two people, elevator was extremely slow. We ended up taking the stairs as the elevator would take 4 minutes, WiFi was also rather slow and could not support a video call. Would definitely return!

Although the room was small, it was clean and comfortable. Tea kettle was provided but coffee maker was not. No tea, coffee, milk, sugar was provided or accessible.

The location is perfect, just up to 10 mins walk from the Interlaken Ost. The view from my room is absolutely amazing and all staffs are nice and friendly.
