The place is very clean and safe place to sleep at.. all staff is so friendly and easy to communicate with deaf people.. I would come back to that place again

The environment, cleanliness and customer service was great! We loved being right next to the mall and the waffle house! Will definitely stay again.

The staff was super nice the rooms was clean but they had a plumbing issue the bathroom sink was stopped up and the ice machine was overflowing with water other than that the bar is nice One more thing there’s a mall that runs in the same area as the hotel the mall is clearly 5 seconds away right beside the hotel and different types of people go there and incident accrued during our stay where they had to block off all entrance except the main one that’s my only 2 concerns

Hotel Libby was very confusing and part of which was closed to service guests.
Breakfast was not good at all-we didn’t even bother to have it on our second morning stay.

The beds are very comfortable. Not only did I sleep well but others on the same trip commented on how incredibly comfortable the bed was. One person normally never sleeps through the night but did here.

The room was very nice It was close to everywhere that I needed to go. The hotel needs to have microwaves. I also had to wait for washcloths for an hour one night

I stayed at the Sheraton just one night in order to attend an event nearby. The room was very comfortable; the restaurant was very affordable and good; and I could get a Starbucks at the cafe to go for the trip home.
If you are attending a conference at the conference center attached or going to the arena, it is a perfect place to stay.

It was a painless and quick easy check in. They did not charge me extra for slightly earlier check in. The restaurant was very affordable and convenient with the buffet breakfast and the dinner was outstanding.
