The beds were amazing and linens felt like good quality. The property felt run down and dingy but we would stay here again.

Got in very late- was grateful the room was at a good temp and that not only did the bed have standard king size pillows but that there was a full size sink outside the bathroom with a fully illuminated mirror so we didn’t have to crowd each other out trying to get ready for bed.

Rooms were fine, two sinks was noce in the room, there was a wet spot in the carpet between the beds but over all clean and comfy.

Room was clean and comfortable. Quiet and slept well. Close to some good restaurants.

The hotel is pretty good. Hallway carpets are worn and some door frames need touching up but the room was clean and spacious.
The biggest criticism is with the EV chargers on site - the non-Tesla chargers do NOT work. There seems to be a dearth of EV chargers in Redding so when we saw that this hotel had chargers, we booked it. I know that the hotel itself is not responsible for the chargers but, the property owner should care that they don’t work - he’s not making any money off of them. We ended up charging at the ONE fast charger at the Target a mile away in the morning which delayed our departure.

Very old and worn down property with damp smell. AC not working. Staff meh. Extremely inconvenient inside. The elevator is on one end and room on other. Too many stairs so you have to lift all your luggage since you cannot push it up or down the stairs. Extremely disappointing property.

A quiet and wonderful stay walking distance to amenities stayed with the family for two nights visiting Sundial Bridge only 5 minutes drive rooms clean environment breakfast is excellent exceptional staff thank you recommend to families

Check-in was great. We needed excellent wifi for a zoom meeting. They let us check that it was OK. And the breakfast was out of this world! The server was very friendly and gave us tips on the best places to hike in Redding!

Lies and double billing by staff that LIES and MGMNT that is WORTHLESS at answering calls and STEALING $ from customers that have to PAY for breakfast and REFUSING to return calls and and double billing on charges for 8 plus days and IHG people that are worthless and LIE.Never again stay or use Holiday Inn and suites places ever.

Doors look like people tried to break into them. Some doors don’t even work. No body wash! No hot water! No heat! Plus the light outside our window was so bright we couldn’t sleep. Not to mention you have to pay for breakfast. What a joke! Worst stay ever!!!! Definitely will not be staying here ever again!!!

Stayed at hotel after medical procedure. Check in was smooth and quick. The room was clean and well appointed. And even though the room faced a busy freeway the noise was minimal. The only concern about the room was although we loved the shower and and the great waterfall amount of water coming out of the shower head, it seems to be lacking the conservation of water we should all be observing.
The room came with breakfast and it was a joy. The wait staff were friendly and helpful, and the choices and quality of the fare were very good.
Definitely would stay here again.

Front desk said I had no reservations, then I showed her confirmation text. Then she said I have to hav confirmation email, which I then showed her. She took about ten minutes then said I already checked in to my room. I assured her I am not checked in. Although she already had my Id in hand. She called somebody's room and ask them if they were me. He obviously wasnt me, then she took another ten or so minutes and gave me the room. She was very willing and trying to get me to leave withouth checking in. It was late and i need to be up early, but I had to waste at least 20 minutes for a 2 minute check in. The next guest seemed to have similar issues and was being turned away when she also had a reservation.

The property is undergoing renovations.
The rooms are modest, including the quality of the bedding. Parking and access are not convenient to room location and the hotel is located directly off Hwy 5 with all of the back rooms on the freeway side. The lobby and dining areas are nice. Staff were both friendly and helpful. Skip this one, and anything along this corridor of town. This part of Redding is low rent.

This property is HORRIBLY outdated. I would highly recommend finding another hotel. However, the location is pretty good.

We had a late arrival (midnight) and the gentleman who checked us in offered a late check out time if we needed to sleep longer.
The room was spacious and the two sinks (one inside the bathroom and one outside in the small hall from the door to the beds, was very helpful.
The only issue was that there was not a free breakfast.

They are in the middle of a renovation. There was debris in the hallway, the carpets were wrinkled, stained and sticky. Lots of nicks taken out of the walls and doors, it looks like a construction site. I would wait to stay here until after the renovations are done, because the service was really wonderful, the people are professional and nice. Also, the bed was clean and the bathroom is clean. Those things matter.

Comfortable bed! Clean room. Nice breakfast. Suggest that the news isn’t put on tv at breakfast time. Why would we want all that drama shoved in our face first thing? Music would be better.

Jacuzzi was not working. Not a big deal since it was 100 degrees. Bar and restaurant closed super early. No breakfast included.

2 night stay. House cleaning did not come in after 1 night. Therefor no coffee, glasses, or cups provided for 2nd night. We stayed in Rm 146. The room above us had a leak from the shower that dripped loudly on the roof of our shower. I advised staff of the issue and cautioned that serious damage could occur over time. Staff said they would report it when a matinence person came in on Mon.
