Staff was friendly. Beds were comfortable. Disposable utensils/plastic cups, etc. offered for breakfast were gross, but I'm from CA and try to recycle and compost everything. Bathroom floor could have been cleaner.

I walked in my room, turned around and walked right back out. Carpet was gross, paint was nasty in a lot of spots, ceiling was crusty, door barely closed. Just gave me the ick. BUT front desk lady was amazing service

It's a bit noisy a lot of homeless people around there. The first time I stayed there everything went smooth but the second time they had a new lady up front who didn't know what she was doing. She over charged my bill by hundreds of dollars. She said they only trained her for one day,so its not her falt . Besides that the room was okay. Hot water worked ,but both stays the beds could use updated. They fixed my bill the day of check out

The front desk staff were professional.
The carpet was dirty, just disgusting. The toilet lid was broken, toilet is so low, tub had stains, all bedding had stains and when I looked inside pillow case, the pillow had yellow stains. The shower head pressure was low. Overall, it really needs upgrading. There was a sticker on mirror that said they have room serviced every three days unless you ask for it. I had not seen it though. My trash was overflowing. I had to go to front desk to ask for toilet paper. My family and I will not stay there again.

I stayed in the first floor and the smoke smell was horrible. It gave me a headache, the carpet is nasty and I had to ask the receptionist to change my room, I found another guest with the same complaint. The hotel should get rid of the carpet and install laminate so the smoke smell would disappear.

The pattern of the carpet made it look like there was sand/dirt all over the carpet. (There wasn't). Very loud (next to highway). Everyone was friendly. Continental breakfast was good. Showers very nice. Pool very nice. Pillows and sheets had questionable smudges.

Stay was very nice. Room was clean and comfortable. Only complaint was they ran out of hot food at breakfast. Half my family got a good breakfast before we checked out and the other half didn’t because we got down there an hour later (but still within breakfast hours). But very nice stay overall. Would recommend and come back.

So the room all together was okay. Was it the best no was it the worst no. It was clean and slept relatively well. No one bothered us and the service was very nice. No major complaints I think with updating little things like the faucets, door handles for bathrooms things like that that it would help elevate the rooms. I would stay there again.

1st of all, this is not a hotel. It's a motel. I had to go back to the front desk with my key because I thought it wasn't working. I was told by the lady at the front desk(who was super nice BTW) that I need to "bump the door with my shoulder" to open it. Then, once I busted the door in, I found some trannys fake eye lashes in the shower. Won't be going back there.

It has been updated with new paint. Overall the room didn't seem cleaned there were cigarette burns on the sheets. Fridge wasnt cold and the neighboring units had shady people renting them and there was smell of marijuana and loud screaming.

We had a no smoking room. But there was a smokestack outside of the rooms and people were smoking and the smoke was coming into our room. And you could smell someone smoking weed every time you went outside. Location was not in the best part of town I think. Felt a little unsafe.
