Everything was good, I just don’t understand why the charge of the parking lot

Hotel was fine, reasonably priced, amazing dinner - the steak melted, breakfast was a little lame, staff friendly …

I did not fine the bed comfortable only cause I don’t like soft beds nor soft pillows. But it is a nice hotel but I don’t believe just because someone uses debt for a security deposit they should be charged an extra fee. Bank card or credit, it’s money. I also maybe didn’t realize I had to pay parking, I can see overnight guest but already a guest at the hotel shouldn’t but it’s my opinion. But overall nice hotel.

Front desk welcome was amazing ! Clean room. Food options nearby. Shuttle to airport was timely.

I booked my stay online and paid for it. When I was checking in, they told me that the parking is not included in the package and I have to pay extra for it, while it was not mentioned during online banking.

The rude, incompetent, untrustworthy staff leave little to be desired at what could be consideredal a nice hotel. My delivered package to the front desk went "missing". Management said someone must have stolen it and refused no other assistance. 4 phone calls to the rudest, laziest woman in customer service, before my AM flight left me totally confused and feeling like i had done something wrong. No pre-arrangement airport shuttle as stated at booking and post- arrangement failed to ever pick me up, claiming i was not there waiting for them. (I had to pay for an uber.) The key didn't work after we went for lunch, front desk staff asked us to confirm our I.D. Both my husband and I's name is on the booking, he showed his I.D., but they refused to give us a key because my I.D. was locked in our room. They had 5 different people come to discuss whether we should get a key. It was an outright nightmare. At every turn, customer service on the phone, at the front desk and Management treated us as if we were crooks, when in fact, they were thieves and liars. The only postive was the cleaning staff for the rooms. However, what could be nice amenities in the courtyard were filthing, broken and unorganized. Worst hotel experience, "Hilton" should ashamed of these staff representing their company.

This was our hotel . com reward, otherwise I wouldn't have had the budget for it. We figured it was our last night in the city and decided to use the reward for this hotel near the airport. They greeted us with complimentary baked cookie - OMG, such a good cookie too! The TV in the room, welcomed me by my name! LOL so cool. It was amazing! It had complimentary breakfast, which was buffet on Saturday. The omelet station was our favorite, but still all the food was 5 stars all around. Glad we had a late flight so we could enjoy the room and the amenities. The dining room had a fantastic view of the garden and had an abundant natural light coming in. Felt relaxed while there. The room of course was superb. We had complimentary shuttle to the airport and it went very smoothly. I'd stay here again should I have the opportunity for sure.

I had a 20-hour layover in Toronto and didn't want to spend it at the airport, so I chose this hotel because of its 24-hour airport shuttle—and I’m so glad I did. I arrived a little before check-in, but the front desk staff were incredibly accommodating, checking me in without any fuss. I always get nervous about asking for early check-in, but the receptionist was so kind and made it easy. The room was comfortable, with easily adjustable temperature settings, and the shower was fantastic with great water pressure. Had to be at the airport the following day at some ungodly hour, and the driver sped like we were being chased by Godzilla on a caffeine binge -10/10. I have nothing negative to say about this hotel and if I’m in Toronto again I’d happily stay again.

Besides 1 employee every other staff member was amazing and used shuttle service a number of times and was nothing short of exceptional service almost above and beyond will definitely be booking at this property again.

MY HUSBAND AND I STAYED 2 NIGHTS. THE ROOM WAS FRESH & CLEAN. THE BEDS WERE WELCOMING AND THE LINEN SOFT, VERY WHITE & LIGHT WITH ALL THIS HEAT. PERFECT. IT WAS THE 1st HOTEL FRIDGE IN YEARS THAT REALLY WORKED!! LOVE THOSE COOKIES!! & beautiful TV. Nothing asked a problem. We'll be back nc&dc

Staff during check out was amazing

The Hotel was very nice and convenient to the Toronto Congress Centre. The room was very clean and quiet. Unfortunately, there was only one elevator that was operating. The time wait was at times 15 minutes. I was travelling with a handicapped person so stairs were not an option. The parking lot can be a little difficult to navigate as well, especially when the hotel bus parks in the middle of it. No one could get around it to get to the parking lot….i ended up backing up and going down a one way lane …the wrong way.

Hotel is nearby the airport which is what i needed. Shuttle is free for airport transportation. There is a few nearby restaurants. Area is relatively quiet for being so close to the airport. It was very clean and staff is very kind. What i did t like is if you dont own a credit card, you cannot stay. Visa debit doea not work if its from Canada. 1 elevator wasnt working but that was ok. In the morning, had to run across the street to get breakfast. Everything else was great.

Lovely walking paths around the back of the building, and very clean building. Very friendly staff. Virtual check in is pretty useless as you still have to go to the desk and they give you keys that you have to return so the digital key on your phone doesn’t matter and virtual check out isn’t an option
