We booked this property at the beginning of May for our end of July trip. We had 2 rooms booked for 6 people. I received an email on 7/24 from the property letting us know they had some construction going on and there would be noise between certain hours. They asked me to confirm if we still planned to stay. I messaged back immediately and let them know we would still be staying, to which they replied “thank you for letting us know!.” We arrived on 7/26 after a 4 hour drive and were told that there were no rooms available because of construction. At no point did anyone inform us that our 2 rooms would not be available for us when we arrived. We had to frantically drive around and ended up finding a hotel that cost us DOUBLE what we initially booked with this property. We are lucky we even found a place this last minute, as I was told they did this to many people. I attempted to speak to a manager, to which I was told she isn’t there and they didn’t know when she’d be there, also that she doesn’t have an email I could reach out to. So I responded to the message I initially got asking what they planned to do to rectify the situation. I have yet to receive a response after 5 days. I’ve even attempted to follow up once with no response. Incredibly disappointed and will never recommend them ever. They had plenty of opportunity to let us know we couldn’t stay there so that we could plan ahead and book a hotel that wouldn’t cost us twice what we had budgeted for.

What stay? I arrived after a long week and then a long drive, only to be told sorry due to a renovation I no longer had a room. No other solutions offered other than I wouldn't be charged a cancelation fee. No one should be told that when they weren't the ones that canceled! Seriously!? Also, shame on Management for putting their front desk person in that position. When your told a least you didn’t yell at me, she has had a rough shift. The thing that made me most frustrated was that I had received an email, letting me know if the renovation hours would interupt my stay they had listed options, etc. I replied to confirm my stay, and received a response thank you and we are looking forward to your stay. Then to arrive and to be told sorry about your luck.

They were unable to give me a room despite my reservation. They said they didn't have enough clean rooms for all of the people with reservations. Now they won't respond to my messages after this happened. Very poor customer service.

Elevator broken.

I'm really torn on this, but our whole vacation was built around time spent at this hotel. There were lots of plusses, but the minuses definitely outweighed them. I requested the fold out bed be prepared in advance. In spite of numerous requests over the four nights of our stay the fold out bed was never prepared. The first night I had to go get the sheets and I sort of set it up myself, but the linens weren't even the right size. Also I requested daily housekeeping, and again, the first day we got nothing (after basically begging, the did clean the room the other days). Finally, I booked a "king suite" which includes a sitting area with a TV. I reported on the second day (we didn't attempt to use it the first night) that the TV didn't work. The person at the front desk said someone looked at it, but they never did fix it. That TV in the seating was one of the main reasons (in addition to the fold out) why this room was booked. Thankfully the location, quiet, breakfast, hot tub, and pool did at least make the hotel avoid a one star rating.

Good breakfast and close to airport

Great place to stay and close to airport. Breakfast was a little above the normal breakfast fare, with some added options.

Nice and clean. Just wish their airport shuttle started earlier.

The desk clerk at check in was very nice and even put my ice pack in freezer for my meds for flight next day

This hotel is close to the airport, and is probably overpriced, but all the airport hotels are overpriced. The staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean and comfortable breakfast was great.

Hotel is within minutes from SLC, room was clean, breakfast was good but just the usual, room was not the most spacious after staying on another hotel for a few days it was not up to par. But for a quick stay it is very good.

I was told breakfast was 6-9am. I went in @ 6:20am, no coffee (old and cold from the day before.) and the breakfast wasn't ready.

When we arrived, we were told the TV in our king room was broken The desk clerk said we could get a discount or change to a Queen room that the TV worked in. We took the Queen room so we could watch the news but should have kept the King. I'm 6'4" and the bed was to small and extremely uncomfortable. The room wasn't very clean and was really small. We've stayed at Fairfield in the past and love them but this was one of the worst stays ever.

Super nice hotel. We were just passing through and found this jewel. Roims were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast had lots of options.

Building is under construction. Good thing the hotel equipped with good instant making food.

Cable TV did not work. I asked for them to fix it..they didnt. Room smelled like B.O. room was dated and had water leak stains on the ceiling. Breakfast was decent though. Breakfast lady attendant was a little creepy though

The lady who checked me in was extremely nice & helped with the perfect room for me& my son!! I would rate her a 10
