It was a great stay but they need more waffle maker as there were line up at the waffle station, otherwise, great place to stay

My go to hotel on Barlow when working in Calgary. Nice and quiet and fast internet. Staff are brilliant and breakfast is good

The location was decent and very quiet. The buffet breakfast was excellent and the customer service was really great. Unfortunately the pool was closed during our stay but it was still good for the price. We asked if we could have two connecting rooms and the accomodated us very well.

Stayed with the family for one night, staff were nice, breakfast was good. The room was clean. clean place. We enjoyed our stay.

The hotel has a modern lobby and the front desk employee was very friendly. The room was fine. We stayed one night. The a/c kept a good temperature, but it was incredibly loud. Also, we could hear other people slamming doors, jumping(?), and talking loudly into the night. My ear plugs didn't help much. Otherwise, it was a convenient place to stay nearer the airport.

I enjoyed my stay with my beautiful family. The room had everything I needed to feel comfortable and got to relax. Great staff made us feel at home.

Swimming pool was dirty and cold

We had a corner room on the ground floor. It is very quiet even though we went during the stampede. Lovely hotel!

Hotel & room smelled musty & sweaty. Decent location. Gym was small, only treadmill, elliptical and free weights - no floor mats

Lovely well maintained property handy to main highways and not far from YYC. Very comfortable with an upscale vibe. Handy and abundant parking close to front door. I was disappointed that the flower planters in front were empty but the city had severe water restrictions recently due to a major water main break and the lack of flowers at the hotel may have been the result. The attractive and friendly staff were welcoming and helpful. The Hampton Inn style breakfast was good and the breakfast room very attractive.

Nice place, without great eating options

Front desk was not friendly and did not seem like an individual that should be in customer service. Shuttle for the airport only had 6 seats every 45 minutes so our group had to split with half of our group of 5 needing to pay for our own cab. The pool looked a little run down with low lighting and had poor ventilation with the air so thick with chlorine that my eyes stung.

Stayed the day we arrived and again before we left Calgary Airport. Room was clean, beds comfortable and had all we needed.

not many eating establishments close by. One opening “soon”. Two block walk to the nearest restaurant.

Overall it was nice place to stay. Breakfast area was a little bit crowded i saw some families staying standing up with their dishes. Some furnitures in the room were loose (shampoo bottle, toilet paper holder etc)

We booked the suite for the space, fridge and microwave, for a family vacation. The fridge didn’t work unfortunately, fewer towels and missing sheets for the sofa bed. Other than that, it was okay. Husband enjoyed the breakfast.

Loved the breakfast every morning and was thrilled that there was an all day coffee and tea table.

Breakfast is great. Hotel is clean. It is very convenient to get to the harbour.

Upon arrival at the hotel, my experience was challenging. Contacting the hotel for the shuttle required a phone call, which was difficult for me without a working phone in Canada. Complicating matters, there are two hotels with the same name, Hampton inn by Hilton Calgary Airport and Hampton inn and suites by Hilton a Calgary airport, leading to confusion with the shuttle drop-off. I ended up at the wrong hotel where I took a taxi to the correct one. The hotel's distance from the airport was about a 20/25 minute shuttle ride. My check-in experience was sadly very poor. I had checked in beforehand with Hilton Honors, but in the end, it was not helpful. I tried to pay with my Mastercard Premiere, which I had just used at the airport and for the taxi, but it didn't go through in the lobby. I tried two other cards, and none worked. When I was finally able to contact Mastercard, they assured me that my card was working fine and that the issue was with the hotel. The hotel blamed my cards. Although I had Canadian dollars, the hotel wouldn't accept cash for payment, adding to the frustrating experience. My daughter and I were very tired and sad about this situation and we lost two hours of rest. The room itself was comfortable with a cozy bed for a good night's sleep. Breakfast, starting at 6 am, was good before catching the shuttle back to the airport. My card worked again at the airport (!) I won’t return due to the hotel's payment system issue and distance from the airport.

The roller blinds do not block the light at top and bottom. The breakfast had great variety but was lukewarm. You have to drive approx 7k for dining options
