The room was amazing! It was very spacious with 2 queen beds, living room with sofa bed, and what was so awesome, it had 2 full bathrooms! The buffet breakfast was delicious! The cleanliness of the hotel was far beyond my expectations! We were on the go and couldn't make it to the evening dinner but I'm certain it would have been marvelous! We would most definitely stay again the next time in the area!

Staff was very friendly, dinner and breakfast was great, and the room was clean and comfy! My son loved the indoor/outdoor pool! I’ve stayed at this location multiple times, and will definitely stay here again!

Area is very run down. Hotel needs to be updated a bit. Our room had dirty sheets in the bedding but after calling the front desk they quickly moved us and comped the room, so it was taken care of. Not a ton of food choices near but it was $100 cheaper a night than staying in town, so still better choice.

Room and bed were clean and comfortable, but the walls must be very thin could here someone on one side coughing all night and an argument on the other side, at check-in the staff were not very friendly

We are awlways happy w/ our stays at Drury Inn everywhere. The breakfast, dinner, and free drink tickets at night make it all worth it. It might look more expensive compared to other hotels but they save us a lot more w/ the extras they provide. Always a great room.

This hotel has really gone downhill in the last year. Broken hairdryer in room and DIRTY linens left on sofa bed from another guest! Disgusting! Prior guest’s room key still sitting on desk. Poor response to these issues by front desk staff.

I wasn't thrilled with this hotel. The air conditioner filter smelled like it needed to be changed and there was what seemed like mildew on the side of the table in-between the beds.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We witnessed a housekeeper helping an elderly woman back to her room. The general manger stopped and talked with us for several minutes at breakfast. Breakfast and evening snacks were hot and plentiful. It was the most pleasant hotel stay that we've had in quite awhile!

Pros: Friendly staff at check in and beds were clean. Breakfast was good.
Cons: Hotel is dated and smelled of chlorine and marijuana. The floors in the hotel room were dirty, the bath/shower was dirty, the peep hole in the door had grease or something all around it. We were traveling with kids so waking up at 3am with an intense smell of weed wasn’t enjoyable. The floors in the elevator were constantly wet from people coming from the pool. There were people outside the hotel yelling and screaming.
Overall we would not stay here again. I thoroughly checked the beds and thankfully they were clean; if they weren’t we would have left but we were only staying for one night during a road trip and we got in late so we just wanted to get some rest.

We needed to stay somewhere close to the city that was right off the interstate and decided to try the Drury Inn in Fairview Heights, IL. This location is conveniently located right off of the interstate and is right down the road from restaurants and shopping. Our rooms and the rest of the hotel were clean. You could tell the employees put hard work into cleaning this property. The beds were so comfortable that I didn’t have any problems falling asleep. We were very pleased with the breakfast as it was hot and fresh with a variety of options. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I loved our one night stay so much that I wanted to stay a second night if I had the option.

We wanted a safe comfortable place to stay on our roadtrip south to Nashville. We found everything we sought at this property. We often choose Drury Inns because of the quality of their accommodations and the reasonableness of its prices. This property is right off the highway. There is a shopping district nearby and a number of excellent restaurants to be found as well. The evening reception was okay; the buffet breakfast, outstanding.

The young gentleman who checked me in was outstanding. He completed the check-in in record time and throughout my stay answered questions in a very professional manner. All the other staff was great as well. I stay at Drury Inn and Suites often and always enjoy my stay.
