All good, room heat air not working, room was hot ! Noise outside

Ace did not work . And one I went to get breakfast one morning the lady told me so swipe my card for breakfast but she didn’t ask anyone else I kinda found that races

Old and dated. $49 a night to park is clearly outrageous! No kleenex , no face soap, only hand soap on the wall. Happy hour gold fish, chips, etc. Over the years the amenities have gone down hill. I am a retired Diamond member and was very disappointed at this location and I have stayed here before. Not anymore!

Nick, at reception was rude and made some snide remarks because we missed the 7am airport shuttle - which left a couple of minutes before 7am. Then when the 7:30 shuttle ran 9 minutes late and I asked him whether there was going to be a shuttle he was unfriendly again, saying the shuttle comes when it comes and I should have been outside waiting for the 7am shuttle at 6:50.

We had nice comfortable family weekend. Breakfast was good, included omelet station, eggs, meats, baked goods, and oatmeal and cereals.
The room had a nice view , it was clean. The property was overall.
Also, there was a complementary daily snack and wine reception in the beautiful lobby. Adults enjoyed a drink while kids were enjoying snacks.
The only things that could be improved are some pillows can be replaced (were old and did not keep shape), the shower and sink did not drain water fast enough. But we would stay again and would recommend it to others. We also enjoyed the balcony in the room that we actually could open and enjoy fresh air. The hotel is located further away from noisy highway, so it was a big plus.

We always have a nice stay at this Embassy Suites. The breakfast is generous and delicious. We enjoy the bar, since we have never been around for the free Happy Hour. My kids like the pool. Over all I like this property a lot.

I’m sad we were only staying for one evening, so we didn’t get to fully take advantage of all the nice amenities in the hotel; such as their indoor pool, beautiful outdoor property overlooking the bay and great dining options. The rooms were great and comfortable. Staff was excellent and courteous. We enjoyed their complimentary breakfast with plenty of options to choose from. Overall would recommend to anyone or would personally stay again :)

THE HOTEL HAS 2 FULL BEDS INSTEAD OF QUEEN SIZE BEDS LIKE OTHER EMBASSY. THE BATHROOM DOOR WAS FACING THE BED INSTEAD OF FACING THE WALL IN THE MIDDLE DIVIDER. THE HOT BREAKFAST WAS SUPER!!

Amazing views of the bay. Check in was easy and fast, parking was a bit on the pricey side but if you are taking a trip for the sake of enjoying yourself and the ti.e with the family, small petty charges like this is not a big deal.

Everything is perfect, except a little problem with the house keeper for the restroom downstair, he is kind like rude and mean, he won’t let us use the restroom and make us wait almost 30 mins

Front desk agent upon check inn was very rude. But others female agents were so nice.
2nd day there was a fight or somethings going on dog barking and screaming.. called front desk 3 times they said nothing she can do. We asked ger to send security's to handel the dog.

Everything was ok, except the hotel needs to buy new furniture and upgrade the swimming pool. , then it is a beautiful landmark that my grandchildren love it. Also they love the beautiful Tap Tavern and the huge tv.

Beautiful view, nice room. I didn't realize the balcony isn't an actual balcony. It's maybe a for and a half wide. Overall, we had a good experience.

This is a beutiful place, right next to the water. The lobby is wonderful and the rooms spacious and very comfortable. An excellent place to stay for one, or many, nights.

Better pillows, tv with menu guide where you can see exactly what's playing on the channels, and a bathrobe would be great. We should also be provided with documentation on food options, hours of service for amenities, mention if there are classes who would occupy the pool would be helpful.

Hotel needs to accommodate for EV vehicles other than Tesla’s. If parking in rear parking, be sure to ask for a parking pass or they will give you a warning ticket. We were not aware upon check in and received a warning tow ticket. Suggest front desk ask upon check-in where you will be parking. Also, there is a lot of fruit flies in the lobby near the fruit breakfast bar.
