Amazing and very accommodating staff

Well trained staff from bellhops to staff in restaurants. Big rooms and well appointed bathroom. WiFi works good, gym is anAnytime fitness so equipment is complete. 3 or 4 HBO channels. No CNBC but has Bloomberg. Free self parking but difficult to find due to poor signage. Connected to Robinsons mall and supermarket via 3rd floor walkway

Staff are very kind

Carpet was not vacuumed when we checked in. No safe installed. Towels smell like old wet rugs. Bed linen and towels should be sparkling white. There was a mould like smell in the room. Service crews are excellwnt though.

I just a had a little issue when we checked in that we need to transfer 3 times but was resolved. Rooms were designed differently.

Impeccable!

I booked this hotel because it connects to the mall. But I was disappointed with the room we got. We were given a room on the 24th floor, and it had the strong smell of cigarette smoke! So we requested to be transferred to any room. We were moved to the 15th floor. The room was better but it still smelled like smoke. I couldn’t sleep well with it. To top it all off, the pillows were old and super soft, that they didn’t support my neck. I had to request for 2 additional pillows so I could stack them up for a more comfortable sleep. The staff are nice and attentive to our needs. Check in was a bit long, requiring some extra form to fill out. After a very long flight, it was the last thing we needed to do. Breakfast was a buffet and lots of choices, but the second time we had bfast,some of their chaffing dishes were empty and not replenished quickly. Overall, it was ok, but could really improve well especially being an IHG hotel.

The staff are hospitable, friendly and caring. All of my needs and requests were met. This hotel is conveniently located in the mall. This place is highly recommended for their excellent services. Breakfast buffet was wonderful and plentiful and has variety of choices.

The poperty is actually connected to a huge mall. Pretty good deal and close to the airport.

We flew in to Manila during a typhoon and could not get to our home due to flooding. Most hotels were booked or not accessible. But not Holiday Inn Manila Galleria! They were so helpful! They guided us on the best way to get to them and made sure we got a room. The room was large and very accommodating. B/c we arrived late, they gave us a late check out, which was so helpful! And the b-fast buffet was very good. I would highly recommend!

Location was convenient and rooms were spacious and clean. Easy wifi access and amenities are available is you decide to stay longer.

Nice hotel

Our Holiday Inn Galleria experience was really excellent. Check in was seamless (took 5 minutes) which really helped us being tired from a long flight. We got a free upgrade as well which was a treat! Staff were all pleasant and helpful. We had breakfast included with our booking and it was really great. Lots of options to choose from. We were looking forward to breakfast everyday we stayed there. Location is also very convenient.

We loved this hotel and will be staying there on our next visit.

Everything is where you need it to be, which is why we came back

I had an absolutely enjoyable stay for 5 nights during the first week of July. I arrived at the airport on an early morning flight. When I got to the hotel, tired, the front desk staff found me a room on the 24th floor so that I could leave my luggage and freshen up before going out for the day. The room itself was spacious (with 3 sets of windows) and the bed was comfortable, with a choice of soft and firm pillows. A USB port was conviently located on either side of the bed, in case you'd want to charge your phone or iPad. The gym and the swimming were shared with the Crowne Plaza Hotel but on site of this Holiday Inn. I didn't use the gym because it was kind of crowded when I looked but I used the pool twice, which was large enough, just deep enough, and not too crowded. I could do a decent enough lap swim each time despite the irregular shape. The included breakfast had a wide range of choices to suite your taste. Because my departure from the hotel was early in the morning, when I told the breakfast staff the day before and asked if I could take a couple of pieces of food and put them in the fridge for the following morning, they offered to arrange a simple sandwich for me, which was waiting for me at the front desk the following morning. The taxi I asked them to order also came on time. The hotel is connected to the other hotel and the shopping mall by an inner corridor, very convenient. A great experience at this Holiday Inn, and I would definitely stay here again

Our hotel stay was excellent and very convenient. It's just besides Robinsons Galleria Shopping Mall.

Clean facility, friendly staff, and great breakfast buffet.

Experience was good. Rooms need to be renovated or atleast the bathroom. But overall rooms are big, bed is comfortable, staff is friendly.

Room was very nice and clean. We're a family of 4 and the beds were perfect for us. We had 2 super king which gave us space and comfortable sleep.
