I booked my room 2+ weeks out and when I arrived late was put into a smoking room. I was told they had nothing else and that my request was just a request. Additionally, I was told the room did not smell that bad, which was totally incorrect. The room stunk of stale cigarettes and there were ash burns all of the floor. I requested some kind of refund on the room rate and was told this wasn't possible other than cancelling my room and not staying there. Look, I understand this is a relatively inexpensive hotel just off the strip in Vegas, but this was a horrible experience. I left with clothes that stunk of smoke. I can't imagine staying here again.

The floors needed to be replaced. The bathroom floor was in need of replacement, the trim was warped from water damage. The shower curtain was old, the shower had black marks on floor. It looked and i felt dirty. I stayed at motel 6 before this was horrible

I checked out after 1 night and have requested refund...awaiting a response back.

It was a good experience, close to airport and stadium

This was the smallest motel room I've ever stayed in. The bed was literally immovable & placed maybe 6 inches from the air conditioner... very uncomfortable. However, all the office looked professional, were nice, polite & very helpful.

This place will have my business as every time I am in Vegas!!

Reserved a non-smoking room. Instead was given a smoking room and told that's too bad. That I should bring up the issue to Hotels.com Lights only worked in bathroom. Room smelled bad, shower floor was full of grime. Obviously stunk of smoke.

I am so not rested today because I felt so uncomfortable in that dingy room. The a/c didn't cool to a comfortable temp. There was about a 1 inch gap under the door leading to the inside of the room. The buttons on the a/c unit had been destroyed. The bathroom was horrible and just didn't look clean. There were holes where that needed to be covered on the wall that looks like some time of electrical box. The room next to mine apparently checked in very late with 2 crying screaming babies they couldn't quiet and they were running in and out of the room. Helicopter tours constantly flying over. The desk people are not that friendly and will tell you if you don't like it you can leave but the room in non-refundable. I have pics but for some odd reason it won't let me upload them. I want my money back or some comparable compensation for this experience

Amazing experience

It was a good stay for one night with good accommodations.

Inexpensive, good location, pool, room was clean. Perfect for what we needed.

Best part room was clean. No soap or shampoo,2 towels 1 facecloth, bed hard 2 pillows, does not hold suticases or provide late check out even offering to pay

Definitely in the less busy part of Vegas. Doesn’t seem safe at times. And the pool was closed the entire time we were there in 110 degree weather. They didn’t tell us ahead of time. But the room was clean and decent to sleep in.

I like the quietness around us and the place is always so clean. The beds are made so perfectly. the only thing I don't like is that you have to be out by 11. Should be 12

I didnt like the idea the swimming pool was closed for the weekend and there wasnt any coffee on sunday was not heating up but other than that very clean and quiet

I booked this Motel 6 by accident, being stuck at the airport. I was thinking the Big Tropicana Hotel. That one was being rebuild. TBH I didn't want to stay there and after checking oil The Guest Reservationist was very nice and accommodating. he called a few minutes after check in and advised front desk was available 24 hours. The room was clean, The bed was comfortable and the television had a good number of channels to watch movies or news. It had a Dennys close by and was a Bit of a walking distance to the Main Street of Las Vegas Blvd. It was Room it was clean, and honestly It was quiet which is what I needed after a stress filled day. It was one of the last rooms available, I am a non smoker , and the room was smoked in , but that wasn't the Motels fault. It was whom ever occupied last. I slept Good that was all that mattered with Hot Coffee in the Lobby the next morning to get me going. It's the end of the Las Vegas Blvd location. It has two stores that are open till 2 AM within 2 minute walking distance. It has a pool, so enjoy. It was nostalgic. The look and feel reminded me of a motel we stayed at when I was kid.

It was a nice, comfortable, quiet stay. Hotel has an outdoor pool, a Denny's right next to the hotel, and it is a block from the Las Vegas strip. And they don't charge a resort fee like the hotels on the Strip.

I felt safe. Security officers patrolled the premises quite often.

Overall very very good ~ if the convenience store had some hot products it would literally be perfect.

Property was average, rooms very small and wore out! At times did feel u safe

The air conditioner wasn’t working properly the ice machine looks like it has never been cleaned or properly sanitized it’s definitely a health hazard the place looks like it’s not properly maintained

Had a great time love that we were so close to our event. So convenient

Needed a cheap stay for 1 night and this ticked the boxes. On first glance I was unsure but shower was good, bed was comfy and room was clean, although a little tired. Noise levels were low which was good. Not too far off the strip.

Staff was friendly and service was fast and great.
