Old hotel, smells like humidity.
Sink wasn't clean with some insects and hair.
There were a lot of big cut nails and other debris on the carpet.

There was a coffee machine but no coffee, sugar, cups, etc. Out of the 4 days only once the staff came to clean. There was no place to purchase water, and the hotel said they ran out of bottled water. The keys do not work, each time we had to go to the front desk to redo the keys

It was cheaper for a reason.
Very outdated.
Had to ask for a different room because the drains were completely clogged and the room was not cleaned properly before arrival.
The lobby was decent but once you go to room floors there is much to be desired.
I left for a different hotel for the rest of my stay.

I was disappointed with the overall appearance of most everything once she got out of the lobby! The bed was comfortable and clean. The overall hotel was very worn down and the carpets were incredibly dirty and worn I was a bit surprised and disappointed for the price and the brand

Stay was great , internet was fast, everything is within a walking distance (food, shopping..etc) only thing I have to say would be the check in time is 3 and my room wasn’t ready till 3:45 o so so I had to wait a good while in the lounge since I go there around 1:30 some.

Hotel was good accommodation. I was given the 6th floor. Furniture was old, scraped, walls a little tore down, hotel needs an update. Dirt in the corners and not very well vacuumed. Friendly staff and a great location in downtown Monterrey. Hotel need renovations asap for the price.

In general, the facilities and service were excellent, only the shower was very bad, very little water came out, there was more in the sink

Hotel is one of the oldest in this area and rooms are big old size which is plus. We stayed with a group of friends and family and all agreed about the rooms’ carpet need to be replaced or at least kept well cleaned. Our suite had 2 tv’s but only 1 remote. Room’s cleaning was not good. Dirty towels and sheets.

It is an excellent property with minor setbacks. The street to enter the parking gargae is one way and the traffic was very heavy. If you are not familiar with the area google maps will try to take you the wrong way. The facility is beautiful in the lobby area and staff is amazing. It is convenient to many shopping centers and eating places walking and driving.
One thing I did not like was that we found a used weepad in the hallway near our room and it was there for a long time. More like the whole day before someone picked it up.

We went for medical reasons and this hotel was in our perfect location. Very safe and secure!!

The staff were very accommodating and friendly.
The rating has to do with the following:
AC thermostat is locked and you can't control the temp, room was warm. Refrigerator was not plugged in, I had to plug it in; One dresser drawer was broken and would not stay closed; No hair dryer in the room as advertised; Water was brown when you turn it on, had to let is run for a while before it became useable; several light bulbs burnt out and need to be replaced; no information in the room about the amenities and where they were located.

It’s not good when it’s raining with thunder and lightning and the power goes off like 7 times. Come on your a Wyndam hotel and you dont have a good backup generator???? Also, the ac in the rooms don’t work very good. If it wasn’t close to stores and restaurants I wouldn’t stay here.

Whyndam brand thought would keep their brand prestige, not at this facility. Place has dirty windows, carpets stained my socks, pour lighting, shower overspills on the bathroom floor making it unsafe.
One plus side is that cleaning personnel lady said they are paid reasonably.
So, there are much areas to improve upon.
Also, will not book a package from orbitz again, the price of packages are competitive but a passenger loose control on which hotel to select.

AC never kicked on. Dirt inside the toilet bowl. We had to fix the toilet bowl to stop the running water.

Paid for deluxe room but room was run down, had broken things (towel holder, lock)

We had a problem with the staff after checking in. They knocked on our door twice. First time was to ask about the air condition. We didn’t report any issues. Staff member had the wrong room. Second time unknown, again, had wrong room. Last night of our stay, the valet was missing from his position and we had to get front desk to take care of the car.
