Stayed in the upper one bedroom suite so we used the upper pool and dining area for breakfast. The view and service area as fantastic. I think this was the best pool of the 3. Booked to have quiet but walking distance for night life. This place delivered that. The staff was so attentive. I called this the chutes and ladder resort given it was on the side of a mountain. Being driven up to our room was a must even though we are fit. I am not sure how easily accessible the lower level rooms are. There sure were a lot of stairs. So be aware. Breakfast and happy hour were included which was nice and the food good. Also the private beach was small and not useable (imo) so we borrowed towels and rented2 chairs for $200bath on paying beach.

Excellent stay

Amazing holiday had a superior sea front balcony king and by far best room on site. That close to the seas the waves would splat the balcony dont get the posher rooms as they are at top of hill and a car ride up from lobby Go to A for your cocktails at poolside bar

Superb property end of the patong beach which is a short walk to the craziness . But close to the water and great views. Also breakfast buffet is spectacular. It's a resort lots of middle easterns. Lots of hills and stairs or free shuttle to the rooms.

Booked Club apartments which was absolutely beautiful with two really big bedrooms. 2 bathrooms and a huge sitting and kitchen area. Also a lovely wrap around balcony with lots of space overlooking the sea. All very modetn, stylish and clean. Staff were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. They were very thoughtful and very helpful in sll places. When daughter became ill they were excellent- got us in contact with a wonderful doctor they then came to check up on her afterwards and even bought her a bouquet of Get Well flowers. We had breakfast in the club Lounge each morning and everything is freshly made although there is some choice out for self-service food . The breakfast was excellent and the staff were just superb. The only negative is that you have to get buggies to get to amd from villas because it's built on a hilly area and sometimes you have to wait quite long. However, despite this we would definitely stay again as it's lovely hotel and you can walk everywhere to shops and restaurants outside quite easily.
