Comfortable stay, great service all round, would recommend to anyone.

Very comfortable environment

My recent stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. First and foremost, the staff were the highlight of the stay, consistently demonstrating exceptional politeness and a genuine willingness to assist with any request. However, the hotel itself leaves much to be desired. Despite claims of refurbishment, the hotel's dated 1980s style is strikingly apparent. The revamp seems to have done little to modernize the space, and the furnishings certainly do not meet the standard expected of a Four Seasons, or even a five-star hotel in general. While the mattress provided a surprisingly comfortable night's sleep, the overall ambiance of the room was lackluster. Although the amenities were decent, they lacked the "wow factor" typically associated with Four Seasons properties. Given the high price point, the overall value for money was underwhelming. Would I stay again? Maybe not compared to the other 5 star chains that offer much more. However, if the hotel wishes to truly live up to its reputation, a more substantial overhaul is necessary to elevate the guest experience and justify the premium pricing.

very beautiful and special hotel, everything is clean and smells good, amazing service from all the hotel employees, We also mention Dimitra, the lifeguard at the pool who takes care of all hotel guests in a courteous and very helpful manner, the breakfast is delicious with a large selection and everything is perfect

Amenity and service was premium quality. Staff went above and beyond. Breakfast was outstanding and a wide variety on offer. Ample parking if you go with a car. Guaranteed you will leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. Beautiful hotel, wonderful staff, and fantastic service.

Great team. Excellent hotel and restaurants. We would certainly want to stay there again. On the negative side, the indoor swimming pool lacked attention and requires some more thought.

Everything from the beginning to the end was just perfect other then the upgrade i suppposed to get but it disnt happened. I will absolutely go back again.

super good service, nice fascilities. good spa and massage. breakfast could be better for this price point, should have at least 3-5 chefs cooking at breakfast buffe but only saw 1, great cook but still too few. sloppy housekeeping, missing 1 towel first day and didnt change the finished toiletpaper roll 2nd day. overall recommend

Excellent service at the front desk, adult pool, beach, restaurants and bars, and spa. Housekeeping and turn down service were so efficient and friendly! Costas Nicolaou and his staff were fabulous! I thoroughly l enjoyed my time at the resort.

This is a beautiful hotel! The pools are amazing, the beach is set up beautifully and the dining right on the water with the Coy fish was amazing. I only wish I had more time to stay there! Great experience!

A pretty amazing stay. Lovely renovated rooms, very friendly staff and when we had a problem at check-in Julia did everything to sort it out and sent lovely deserts with our room service order. My only quibbles would be the plethora of small plastic bottles of toiletries from UK and the fact the swimming pool didn't feel like it was heated (which I know are contradictory concerns). Directions from the airport giving highway exit would be helpful as Google Map link doesn't give that and we thought the street name was a town and overshot be 14kms. Also don't expect white sand - it is grey. We stayed at the Amathus after this and Four Seasons is worth the extra. Although Amathus had some good points too.
