An old building. Lacking modern facilities. Bathrooms are quite dated. The reception is on the second level and not accessible by car. Good point so the proximity to the train station. Breakfast spread is quite extensive. Staff is friendly and courteous.

Great historic hotel with a beautiful view and fantastic breakfast.

It was a charming and wonderful hotel. Staff were very helpful, breakfast was amazing and the terrace was so beautiful overlooking the lake.

Unique hotel almost like a museum! Excellent location, very close to main area of Voss, next to train station and Gondola. Very helpful staff. Luggage storage before and after check in or out.

We loved our stay here. Great view of the lake. Wonderful spread for breakfast and they didn’t seem to mind most guests making a pack lunch. Very expensive dinner but some more reasonably priced options if you order in the bar. We made use of the lovely pool and sauna in the basement. Friendly staff and great location. Old world charm and grandeur.

The rooms. They looked like they weren’t updated in years and the carpets were folding over in the corridors so you had to be careful when you were walking on dragging your luggage.

Although the hotel looks a bit old but the facilities are new and comfortable enough. The hotel restaurant faces to the lake—fantastic view. The hotel is also very next to the train station. You can go up to the platform from the hotel back door!

The hotel is beautiful at a beautiful location next time the train station. Food has room for improvement.

Avoid Fleischer’s Hotel at All Costs! My stay at Fleischer’s Hotel was a complete disaster, and I strongly advise against booking here. Despite having reserved two nights, we returned on the second evening to find that the hotel had moved our belongings—carelessly stuffed back into our suitcase—and given our room to new guests. Here’s what happened: We had booked two separate one-night stays due to a change in our travel plans. At check-in, the hotel was informed that our reservation was split between two different platforms, and the front desk acknowledged this and gave us the room key. Knowing the fact we will stay at the same room for two nights, the next morning, we left our luggage unpacked. Upon returning that evening, we found ourselves unable to open the door. After several trips to the front desk and nearly an hour of waiting, the staff finally opened the door, only to reveal that new guests were already in the room, who were understandably shocked and distressed. Our luggage was nowhere to be found and later we discovered it was placed in lost and found. Apparently, our luggage went through a similar miserable journey during our absent, the cleaning crew moved our luggage to a different room, another staff spotted them and eventually put them in the lost and found section. Again, zero communication during this entire process and we receive zero apologies about our luggage situation.

Excellent views of the mountains. Classic hotel. It isn’t modern but isn’t trying to be. Excellent staff and service.

This is a world-class hotel with a very convenient location close to the train and bus station in Voss. Great value for the nightly rate. Excellent views of the Voss lake from our room and the terrace. We highly recommend this hotel.

Blast from the past extra spacious rooms ! Nice character and right next to the station.

Hotel entrance is from the platform of Voss station so very handy for me arriving by train. There is a secure luggage room so I went exploring before checking in later. There was a mixup when checking in so I ended up paying twice, it was rectified but I ended up paying full rate and only getting my Hotels.com rate refunded. My room was in a part of the hotel with scaffolding so I had no view from the window. Breakfast was very lavish

Toilets not cleaned properly. Showerdoors stained at bottom. Stains on eashbasin-cupboards shelves. No soap by washbasin. Stained old carpets with stumbeling folds in hallways. Moove from train station. Milking Old world ideas from scraps and few remains architecturally of a historical gem. Clearly badly managed, but great potential
