Great price, right down block from Disney. They have shuttles, VERY CLEAN! I spent one night here and 3 at a Disney hotel and I wish I stayed the whole vacation here! So much cheaper and just as nice! 10/10 recommended!

It was a good stay. The desk staff was super helpful and friendly. The breakfast staff also very friendly! Had an issue on arrival that bathroom sink was draining very slowly.. they took care of it right away. Bed was comfy. Even the pullout wasn't bad at all. The little kitchenette was nice to have! Minor issues.. doors stuck a little, drawers too. WiFi was wonky all weekend but the staff did try to remedy best they could. Walls are a little thin, and the room is dated, but it served is purpose for sleeping, chilling and changing.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The bathroom was not as clean as it should have been. There was hair in the shower when we arrived. This room was advertised as having a sofa bed. This sofa bed was atrocious. It was not acceptable as a bed for my 14 year old. He had to sleep on the floor for 6 nights on a pile of blankets. The mattress was nothing but old plastic. For some reason housekeeping would not replenish our wash clothes. We would have to call down every night to get them. The room smelled strongly of mold/mildew also.

Clean and comfortable. Locate in the same parking lot as a Wawa and several restaurants. I'd stay again! Be aware park shuttle only comes back three times in the evening - all day. We budgeted for Ubers but that could be an issue for WDW people that like to come back and rest midday.

1 guest ill on our second day so we didn't let housekeeping into the room. On our third day we went to Disney World, gone all day. Housekeeping came in and made the bed, nothing else. Trash wasn't emptied, bathroom wasn't cleaned. Kleenex, toilet paper, plastic glasses, plastic ice bucket liner and coffee cups were not replenished. Breakfast was good. Lobby staff always friendly and helpful.

We had a one night stay after a very long flight and drive, the girl in reception (Briana)
was most helpful and courteous, telling us about the hotel and the breakfast, which I must say was excellent.
We did not use the pool as we had an onward journey, we will be recommending it to friends and family, it is in a great location at Lake Buena Vista, close to Disney and Sea World.

Every member of the front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. Some of the best hotel staff I've had in the last couple of years.

However, the USB plugins on the lamp didn't work and was an inconvenience.
Breakfast was a sore spot. It ends at 9am every day, by 8:45 there is a line of people waiting for EVERYTHING including the toasters. We got a hotel with a breakfast to save money, but you couldn't sleep in a little and had to wake up before 9 so you could get breakfast. Every morning was eggs, or the egg cheese omelet things and two types of sausage. I HATE sausage. Would have appreciated some bacon or ham. The bananas had black spots on them. Breakfast hours really need to be extended. The last day we didn't want to wake up until 9 and so we just ended up driving to Chik Fil a for breakfast.

The staff were very welcoming and accomodating. The property was clean, pool was nice, no issues with the specious room. The breakfast had a variety of choices. The shuttle was always on time. I am very happy with my stay and if visiting Disney in the future, this hotel will be my first choice.

Girls at the front were amazing & made us feel so welcomed! We really enjoyed the breakfast in the mornings before heading out to the parks. We only took the shuttle once then just decided to Uber the next day. The location is great! Super close to Disney Springs & only about 10-15 from the parks. Will definitely be using this hotel when we come back & will be recommending to family & friends!

Good place, everything you need, good attitude of the receptionists, transportation to the parks. Good breakfast, all day coffee, tea, water ready to serve. We had a great time, everything we needed was at our fingertips. We'll be back again!

From beginning to the end, the staff was always friendly and helpful. The dining area for breakfast was clean and the breakfast was plentiful, lots of choices.
There are several restaurants within walking distance and a WAWA gas station which is opened 24 hours and inside you'll find lots of options for food & snacks.
The Fairfield is close to lots of outlet shopping, restaurants, Disney Springs, SeaWorld, Aquatica and many other places to visit.

This was an interesting trip, because we were originally booked in a room that must have been undergoing renovations or something. The AC unit was torn off the wall and the walls had mold on them. But when we told the woman at the front desk (Briana) she was AMAZING about resolving the issue, and she put us in a different room that was absolutely fine. She was also a total ROCKSTAR who kept her composure during a VERY busy time when a LOT of people needed things up front, and she was the only one working. We were actually VERY impressed by her professionalism and attitude during what was clearly a very high stress situation. And the second room we had was completely fine. So I think it was just an honest mistake where we were booked in a room that wasn’t supposed to be booked. But that first room was nasty for sure.

Didn’t feel like I was on vacation. Its location was too busy and hectic. Hard to relax at pool bc of noise from traffic. The breakfast ends at 9am which is too early. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The front desk was not staffed when I arrived. The toilet backed up. They had to move me to another room. They charged me an additional C$54 with no explanation. They provided an invoice showing a zero balance with no particulars.
