Shower Tub was leaking, air conditioning noisy and not working properly. Breakfast is way too simple, better to say it is not included.

As a dog friendly hotel it should be encouraged for guests to pick up after their dog. I did encounter dog poop in an elevator area that was stepped in. I realize it can’t be enforced but maybe a charge if caught

The only disappointment was the outdoor hot tub was cold and dirty. Maybe it was damaged by recent storms. After a day in Disney, the hot tub was something I was looking for. However the pool was very clean with fresh towels.

We had an issue with our fridge & that was addressed immediately and a few days later our air was not working and we were moved rooms immediately to accommodate and were credited for the inconvenience. All staff were so friendly and nice to work with and answered any questions we had.

We always love our stay. My kids love the room. We bring our dogs and there’s always more than enough space of everyone. The pool is always a hit and breakfast is great

3 years ago we stayed at Hyatt and everything was excellent so I booked there again, but this time it was very different from the first time, the room looks old, the ceiling had peeling paint as if there was a water leak, the elevator was always dirty with water on the floor, the breakfast area was very dirty, food was thrown away, the trash cans were full with no space to throw more trash, there was no coffee in the 3 days we were there, there was no fruit either, there was a water leak in the area where we had breakfast

We liked the distance between Disney Parks and hotel. The breakfast could be a little bit improved. The pool is excelent! Staff very helpful. A little minus is the window. We couldn’t open and we had no fresh air inside. A/C worked perfect.

We used this hotel as our base to see all the Walt Disney Parks. Staff were welcoming and very helpful. There was an issue with sink drainage and shower head in bathroom which was fixed very promptly. There were plenty of hot & cold choices at breakfast. The hotel provides a free shuttle to Epcot and Universal Studios which is very convenient. Plenty of restaurants and shopping malls near by. A very pleasant stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

I enjoyed my stay here with the family. They have a pool open till 10pm. Breakfast every morning. The rooms are soundproof enough so your kids do not disturb the neighbors too much. The bathtub lets you soak if you don't wanna go to the pool. They also have a business center. You can use their computer and print documents for free.

My family and I stayed for a quick weekend trip and it was okay. Free breakfast was good but the guest there were messy and the staff couldn't keep up with keeping it clean because of how messy everyone was being. The rooms were okay and clean. Our floor was full of families but it was surprisingly quiet. They were very friendly at the front desk. Overall this was an okay stay and was okay for a weekend trip.

The rooms and overall property were clean and nicely kept. The property is in walking distance of several restaurants and shops, nice area overall. Magic kingdom and other parks are also nearby. We enjoyed our stay for sure and would recommend this property.

It was ok. The room didn’t have a good sound proof. We can hear everything going on at the hallway and idk if the kids were just loud next door or couple doors down. The ac in the room was loud too. I stayed at Hyatt place before in other location but never this bad. And this hotel is way too big to only have two elevators.

The hotel had leaks through the lobby. The breakfast was subpar with not enough food and servers that could not communicate English. Everyday prior to the close the hotel ran out of food and would not make anymore even with a request. The servers would say they didn’t speak English. The breakfast was the same thing and compared to other Hyatt places very minimal selection

Overall this stay was excellent, however, the elevators were extremely sketchy and the inspection date was expired. The elevators took 2 full minutes to get from the Lobby (1st floor) to the 6th floor.
Now to the good part, the staff was absolutely amazing. The breakfast was fantastic. Lastly and most importantly, it is 1 block over from hotel plaza which has all of the hotels near Disney springs!
