The Villa Motel is a nice little place to stay. The room is very quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Plenty of hot water for a good long shower and very quiet through the night. I’ll definitely stay there again.

Wonderful place to stay in Manitou! Walkable to the quaint shops and restaurants. Very clean and exceptional customer service! I stayed here as a child and was pleased to return as an adult! We will be back!

When I checked in, the clerk made me uncomfortable because I booked via this website instead of directly. We were on the last day of a 13 day southwest tour. I practically begged for a downstairs room because of having to resort all our luggage-no elevator. I was told there were no downstairs rooms available. A lie. I checked before lights out and again in the morning and there were several 1st floor rooms with curtains open, obviously not in use, or used the night before. I was humiliated by the treatment. My wife and I both have medical conditions and a handicap permit for the car. Dragging the luggage upstairs, then having to open everything in the parking lot to rearrange for our flight sucked.

What a prime location! We arrived a few hours early for check in due to bus schedule. I had spoke to the property owners ahead of time about leaving our bags as we were heading up to Pikes Peak, and they were OK with us leaving them. It was a pleasant surprise that our room was ready when we got there and they allowed us to check in at no additional cost. The beds were comfortable, room was clean. We stayed in one of the cottages and loved it. It was fantastic that everything was in walking distance - we walked up for dinner and a drink at the local brewery and winery. Our only complaint was not about the hotel, but the town itself - everything was closed by 7pm and didn't open back up until 10am. We didn't get to do as much shopping and exploring as we would've liked, but that is not the hotel's fault. Our stay was fantastic!

Clean, comfortable cabin and an easy drive to Garden of the Gods for hiking, Seven Falls, Pikes Peak and downtown Manitou Springs for groceries. Very friendly staff making check in and check out easy. A beautiful path across the street was perfect for an evening walk after dinner.

The young gal who checked us in was super friendly, and apologized for having to charge us for parking (we booked from an online service, so they offset by charging for parking). It was minimal! They warned us ahead of time re:short staff, and very light breakfast -it was still adequate! The room was large, clean and relatively updated for being an older building. The staff was really friendly and that is why we rate this place highly! They even wished us luck hiking the Incline!

Nothing special. Room was clean, but bathtub didn't drain properly. Breakfast isn't worth going to. Location is okay, not walkable to downtown area, but a shuttle comes by.
Price is pretty high for what you get. I booked a double queen for myself and 2 kids under 10 (3 total) and was charged an additional $50 for an "extra" person.

This is my home away from home. I travel to Manitou Springs quite often and this is my forever go-to place to stay. The staff is great and the location is perfect. I have never encountered an issue during any of my stays. It is nice to walk in and the staff knows you're a regular. It's clean, it's safe and the location is great!

Location is prime. Especially if you are wanting to minimize your parking hassles. The free shuttle is right across the street as well as the park where there are events. Everything was within walking distance: multiple dining options, bars with live entertainment, shopping, huge arcade and the fountain springs. The motel usually closes their outdoor pool and jacuzzi but because of the warm temperatures it was still open! Bonus!!! After climbing the incline! Room was clean, bed was comfortable. My only complaint was the shampoo dispenser wasn’t working g properly and the remote would not turn the tv on but worked for everything else. WiFi worked very well for a ZOOM meeting.

Stayed 1 night in the cabin. This place is immaculate, super tidy, staff is friendly & helpful. The cabin was very comfortable, clean and quiet. Perfect for a good nights rest before hiking the incline. The motel is located across the street from the bus stop & a very nice park with a little creek. I can't say enough what a great place this is. We will definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our one night stay at this mom and pop type place. Clean, reasonable rates, big room, and had a carport for our rental car. Downside was no refrigerator or microwave and our bathroom window didn't lock. Pool area looked clean and well taken care of and breakfast was decent for a grab and go. We would stay again.

Not fancy but well maintained and clean. My room was simple, but very clean and the bed was comfortable. I am glad that it had AC. It is a window unit that can be a little loud, but that doesn’t bother me I have window units at home. Parking is free. Staff is very nice and helpful. I am a solo traveler and this quaint little motel served its purpose while I was there to hike the Manitou incline.

Overall, a great location and place to stay. A bit of road noise at night which I wasn’t expecting and house keeping did start cleaning my room in the morning before I checked out which I found frustrating when I came back to take a nap, but otherwise everything was good.
