The late night front desk clerk was super amazing and really helpful. She was great to help us.

Needed a last minute stay due to power outage. Great breakfast! Really outstanding for free hot breakfast. The only downside was soft and not very supportive mattresses on the beds. The sofa bed has a very thin mattress with coils that are definitely noticeable as you try to sleep. But we had a warm and clean place to sleep with great breakfast in the morning.

We stayed here because we wanted a two bedroom suite so we appreciate they offer that option but the hotel shows its age with stained carpeting and furniture. We wouldn't have minded so much but the cleanliness was an issue. We found in the room a left over dirty men's sock from a previous guest, tucked between the nightstand and bed. We were there over four days and not once did housekeeping come by to empty the trash, switch out towels, etc. We ended up taking the trash out ourselves.

Digital TV reception was poor during the last 3 days of our stay. Really worthless. They said some rooms had problems.

Staff is nice but we requested a pack n play for my daughter, i got a broken one, requested another, never got it, just said forget about it because it was late, next day got told by an employee "o door dash orders put on that table over there" as i walked up to the desk to ask a question after i picked up food for my wife. Employee apologized and i wasnt offended or anything but like man, people at the desk need to be a little more personable and helpful, breakfast was great though.

Comfortable place, clean and staff was very nice, good 1 or 2 night stay. I still dont understand $40.00 per night parking when you are staying? That said safe parking.

The staff were great, the room is beautiful, and the hotel is in a perfect location to the pier as well as concert venues ( Mins away ).

Greeted by friendly front desk Jamie Nguyen. She was very helpful. This was a pre-cruise booking. 15 minute walk to Space Needle and Chuhuly Garden. Sports bar next door to hotel was great! My only complaint is the sofa sleeper was uncomfortable and heater didn’t work. But I would still recommend and book this location again.

I didn’t like the area, didn’t look or feel safe, drug users outside of the entrance, not cool when you have kids with you, street racing outside, definitely will not be back,

Everything was excellent except for the sofa-bed it seams that it’s getting closer to get it replaced because when you seat on it it seams that starts to sink.

The room itself was ok; however, the hallways were never vacuumed while there. Room garbage begin to collect in the hallways outside rooms. Could see water damage in various spots. It appears the hotel is deteriorating. Convenient location for visiting our son in Seattle.

The beds were hard. The toilet was too low. A box spring cover was used as a quilt. The staff was great. The food on the breakfast buffet was just ok. The bacon was not fully cooked.

Convenient location, can walk to many places. Breakfast was very good. Rooms were large with separate bedroom. Shuttle to cruise ship, short ride, only $8 per person.

Stayed at Homewood Suites in Downtown Seattle for a concert I was attending. The staff were exceptionally friendly, cleanliness was a 8.5/10👍, very peaceful, conveniently close to climate pledge arena, complimentary breakfast was delicious, and overall a wonderful experience. One I won’t forget! Thank you!

I had high hopes that were quickly squashed once we stepped into the elevator that smelled of either smoke or dogs. The suite was huge, with two televisions that didn’t have any reception. I called the front desk to see if there was a trick to make them work. Front desk said Hilton was having a national outage and the repair person was called. So some rooms had working televisions and others did not. The app said there were over 10 available rooms when we checked in at 9:00 PM. It would have been nice to move to one of the rooms that did have an operating television. Instead, we listened to the family upstairs with some very excited kiddos until 12:30 AM. Location was convenient, that’s about it.
