It was a good place to sleep. There were no shampoos, or anything in the room. Just a bar of soap. The hall smelled like weed but the room didn't. If you are just looking for a cheap place to lay your head. This is it.

It was comfortable enough for the price. Beds had waterproof mattress pads which is good however turning over and moving sounded like I was sleeping on a bread bag. There was a table but no chairs. It seemed freshly painted and newly remodeled but there was an odor throughout the hotel. There was a coffee station in the morning from 7-10 in the lobby but no fresh creamer (only powder packets) and no food. Not even a vending machine. You get what you pay for. We were only looking for a place to sleep after a day of exploring mystic and shopping. The staff was very nice.

While the bathroom and the sheets were clean, the blanket and pillows were stained. I did appreciate that the nonsmoking room was not smoky, and all the staff members were very friendly.

Totally surprised about the cleanliness and amenities of this location, at first sight it doesn't look like much but I've enjoyed multiple stays here. The pricing is great as well

Hotel room was very clean and updated. No carpet in room! WiFi did not work at all so not sure why they advertise that you get WiFi. Also, they do not accept American Express!

I have been going to property cor 3 years. The hotel was completely redone.

No frills, but no serious flaws either. Efficient service at the desk and a clean room. Nice Sportsbar/restaurant next door.

The place is very clean. The staff was friendly and made me feel right at home.

Wonderful conveniently located hotel! It was a random choice and served its purpose. The only problem we ran into was no hot water for the second person’s shower. Also, could hear surrounding neighbors.

Clean rooms. Owner was very helpful when we had an issue with wi-fi connection.

Mattress covers are awfully plastic and sounds like plastic bags when you move. There is no shampoo, hair dryer or iron in the units. Wi-Fi is extremely slow to the extent of not working at all. Area around the hotel is empty. Though the expectations were not high but it was one of the worst stay and we tried to leave as soon as possible.

I enjoyed my stay but there was a few minor flaws, there was hair in the shower that wasnt mine or my partners and in the morning i had no access to the wifi hours before check out and the water had ran so cold my partner was unable to shower. I liked everything else about my stay but those few things i think definitely could use some improvement.

Room was nice looks to be getting a remodel on whole place. Exterior was lacking curb appeal. Overall 3 night stay was good clean and quiet.

Property seems to be recently renovated and was done well. The fridge was bigger than expected and having a microwave was a plus. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Not much TV options if that interest you. Occasionally, heard the people upstairs walking or moving around but not too badly. Staff was nice.

Had a good nights rest brand new big comfortable, clean bed, brand new bathroom tub, and shower refrigerator freezer microwave air conditioning definitely will stay here again. The staff was very friendly and nice and welcoming.

The clerk was new si it to about 30 minutes for her to check us in. The place is being renovated so dust was everywhere. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The heat was great and the shower was on point. We just needed a place to rest our head.

Roomy, clean, freshly painted. Comfortable bed, nice size freezer compartment in mini fridge. No cable TV or blow dryer. But good value for the price.

Absolute disaster- thought it was “Too good to be True” for $70 - You could not pay me $70 a night to stay there - place needs to be leveled

Check in was seamless. The roim was clean except for mirror. On one bed there was a pillow case missing and the other oullow case was stained.

Unwelcoming

The room was a nice size and clean. The halls needed to be clean, the john did not flush, went to the front desk at 8;50 to let them know that there was a problem, rang the doorbell for 20min. Tried again at 9:30..did the doorbell and called the front desk for about 15 min. Went down again at 10 :15 knowing the desk would be manned (according to the sign at the front desk) and again tried everything I could think of. There was a sign on the front desk next to the doorbell with a phone number on it, called that, left a message, and again heard nothing. Went back to the front desk the next morning at 5:30 (knowing again from their sign that no one would be there until 7:00) went to go to my car only to discover that the front door had not been locked at all that night. Finally around &:30 saw the young man ,gave him the key and informed him about the john not flushing. I then left.

Very clean room. Quick and polite check in. Working air conditioner, good selection of tv stations.

The help was awesome a d the room was very comfortable outside coups use some work and updating.maybe a small free breakfast would be nice .but i would stay again.

The hotel was very dirty, man at front desk was very rude, never made it to the room asked to cancel and the wait staff wouldn't allow me to. Very unhappy and would like a refund. The place was unsafe and very dirty.
