We were given a room different that we reserved, and it was very hard to fall asleep. It was impossible to ignore the throbbing noise along with a strong vibration on the headboard, especially when laying down your head on the pillow. Front desk lady was nice enough to come up to the room and verify that. She stated that she had no idea what could cause that noise and vibration and besides something inside the wall. No other room to move us to and no maintenance person on site. We had only had a few hours of rest due to all this. When asked to see what would the hotel compensate us for this, I was told that a manager would call us the same day. It has been three days now, no call.

The overall experience was great, very well appointed and clean hotel. Indoor pool for early September now, was a bit too cold now to swim in, but it was in fact clean. Only gripe is that Expedia charged me more than I originally booked it for that made me a bit upset. It was about $30 dollars more when I actually checked in. The lady at the front desk apologized, and said she was sorry, but had to charge what was already setup thru Expedia.

Everything was perfect. It was s short time< but very convenience for all my needs at that moment.

We booked this hotel specifically because it was pet friendly and nowhere. Did it say anything about the $75 pet fee. Also our room was not ready when we got there at four and we had somewhere to be at five. It wasn’t ready until after 4:30 and I was late getting to my appointment. There was lots of traffic sounds outside of our room and the windows were very thin so we didn’t get good sleep. We ended up not staying the second night that we had already prepaid for.

Comfortable beds, fast checkin.

I was able too kill two roaches located on the TV stand while food and drinks was exposed Bathroom sink clogged up. This info was pasted on the front desk unpon check out

EXCELLENT stay and worth the price. Rooms are modern and hotel is located in the perfect location near MANY dining options; Walmart, Publix, Part City; Family Dollar; Dollar Tree; Mall; Target all within 15 minutes drive on the street. Friendly staff.

Nice stay

The hotel and staff were very pleasant and accomodating. The door lock could use some adjusting and the air condtioner was a bit noisy. Other than that, we have to say they have a wonderful buffet other than we did not see a regular coffee anywhere. It was either bold (and I do mean bold) which we know some people like or decaf.

There wasn't a thing I did not like about my stay. Staff was more then helpful.

Check-in was interesting in that I was given a room and thinking it was the correct room I opened it just to get and out right away it wasn't my room as someone else was in there as the smell of smoke met me at the door. The breakfast wasn't that good either or limited. Walls were a little thin or could hear next door. Limited viewing for TV also.

IT was the surrounding areas not the actual hotel. We were happy with the hotel.

This is by far the WORST hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Ms. Paula (front desk) was exceptional. But there is not much she can do given the state of the hotel. Unfortunately, room (204) had a funky smell (moldy) and the toilet lid was broken. Given that I am highly allergic to mold, I requested a new room. The facility was sold out of 2 queen bedrooms. We were moved to a king room (402). There was pubic hair in the tub and hair under the sink. The bed was horrible, you literally sank. Couldn’t sleep at all, had the worst night ever. The breakfast was all gone by 6:58 am. The hotel didn’t plan accordingly and couldn’t accommodate the young men and other guests. Lastly, there was a sign in the elevators stating the water in the hotel was going to be shut off by 11 am through 2:30pm. I truly feel the facility/Expedia should disclose matters as such on the website for customers to make informed decisions.

There was no attendant in the lobby upon arrival and had to wait quite a while for someone to show up. When the attendant did show up she seemed a bit bothered by having to check us in. Upon leaving, I asked the front desk attendant about where to drop off keycards and she rolled her eyes at me, clearly annoyed. Didn’t really understand why she was upset as I was very pleasant. Otherwise, the room was fairly nice and beds were comfortable.
