The customer service was great and our was clean and comfortable. The hotel is close to the highway. The breakfast was enjoyable. I would recommend and visit again.

Couldn't find the TV remote. Couldn't get the fireplace to start. The front desk attendant was awesome! He was super friendly. He gave great information about the hotel.

Amazing 2 bed 2 bath suite with fireplace. It was perfect for a girls night since we attended an event at Koka Booth Amphitheater. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel was refurbished and mostly updated, but the building was old and ventilation system smelled of old smoke! Bed was comfortable but pull out sofa was horrible. No additional comforter for the pull out, only sheets and light bedspread. Coffeemaker was ancient - no Keurig. Would not recommend for the money.

Room setup is wonderful. Has a nice kitchen. We had a family of four in our room with a 3-year-old and an infant. The room worked very well for our family and number of people. We also had dogs. The hotel had no problem with the dogs and was very accommodating.

My stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The rooms had a terrible smell, the kitchen was dirty, and overall hygiene was poor. For the price they charge, the quality is far below expectations. It was an unpleasant experience, and I do not recommend staying here.

Very friendly check in. Nice view of the pool and basketball court. Decent parking. Shopping close. The room was modern and very very comfortable. I didnt need anything, everything was in the room.

Tried this Extended Stay to make food Vs, eating out, but then never used it. Regardless, site seems to be upgraded albeit lots of folks staying there when i was there so is a bit worn. Bfast was adequate. I absolutely loved the location. A short walk to a beautiful park with trails

I enjoyed my stay at Sonesta suites. I was checked in promptly and was assisted in anything I needed. The staff was kind and the suite I stayed was perfect. Everything was modern and updated. Quiet area as well so I slept like a baby.Close to yummy restaurants & stores. Highly recommend!

We slept well, staff was very nice and breakfast was good and well maintained. The room was large and very nice. There’s a beautiful walking/biking trail that I was able to walk to and the pool was perfect.

We enjoyed our stay overall. The property was clean and the staff were very friendly. They were able to get us in early to our room after a redeye flight. The room was nice, we upgraded to the separated bedroom with pullout couch and it came with a nice kitchenette. Having that with our 10 month old was perfect. The continental was nothing special but nothing to complain about. My only complaint was our room, 115 to be specific was excessively loud when it came to people showing or using any water. It would wake us up every morning. I know it’s a common issue with hotels but this was the worst one I’ve heard.

Just checked out this AM!! We were coming into Cary for a USA baseball event. It was my husband and I and our 10 year old son. We wanted some separation and privacy from our son and I was pleasantly surprised to find a 2 queen bedroom suite offered. We booked for 4 nights and ended up in room 232 which had 2 queen bedrooms - each with an on suite bath, a full kitchen, and a living room with a fireplace. Everything was so clean and comfortable. I’m a bit of a travel snob and typically only stay in Hilton or Marriott properties. This hotel fit our needs perfectly!!! I was very pleased with everything. Free breakfast in the morning which was pretty basic but something for everyone. There is an outdoor pool on site which was well kept and clean. They even have outdoor grills available for guests to use and an outdoor gas fire pit.
All in all I would definitely stay here again. Even though the hotel was pet friendly I didn’t see any pets nor did I hear any barking. I also used the coin operated laundry which worked well and highly convenient.
I would like to personally thank Renee from the housekeeping staff as she was so very sweet and hospitable. Thank you Renee for keeping our room clean and tidy!

Booked a room with fireplace 8 months in advance. When checking in they said they didn't have any left. So they "upgraded" me to a room without a fireplace for free. Same room, but without a fireplace.

Staff was very polite and accommodating. Nice options for breakfast. Bed in bedrooms are comfortable but wouldn’t recommend many nights in the sofabed unless you are a lighter individual. Full kitchen area was nice to have and location was convenient to dining and shopping options.

Room air conditioner was not working properly during our stay and it was outside of maintenance hours. Hotel was fully booked so couldn’t switch rooms but Management offered to compensate us for the night which was nice. I would stay again.
