The property was dirty, mattress was worn and uncomfortable, pillows were small and flat. The elevator had dirty wood floors. The desk clerk was asleep at the counter during check out. The corridors were dirty, walls needed painting. The hotel needs a complete redo!

When arrived waited 15 mins front desk refuse my aarp card people hangin in lobby room on third floor people in hallways stairwell get in room no pillow case sheets dirty coffee table broke refrigerator dirty base boards coming from floor toilet paper holder broken from wall I can go on but you get the point should get a refund no breakfast as on website coffee was cold

There was drug abusers and prostitution on the third floor room 108. The door opened up and we saw someone shooting up. People was hanging out in the hallway. The safety lock was broken the room was dirty and the bathroom door kicked in showing a broken lock.

This behavior was unacceptable and made me feel unwelcome at the location. I had a negative experience with the customer service at the hotel. The individual attending to me, a short man with a wrinkled, dirty white shirt, lacked proper customer service skills. This place was FILTHY to the point we had to clean the room ourselves. They need an assessment done or shut down immediately, didn't feel safe as well.

The room was clean; we stayed a week and changed our own sheets. They didn't have housekeepers daily. There was no coffee pot in the room; you have to ask for towels, sheets toilet paper and sheets. It wasn't too bad, the people were friendly. The room is clean and nice. The hall way, elevator not so clean, needed sweeping and vacuum. The bed wasn't comfortable.

Horrible I reserved to have a king size bed. When I got there they told me they only had a queen we went into the room and the room was filthy pillowcase filthy pillows filthy I didn’t even say I left at 12 AM in the morning. The only reason why I was there was because my power was out I’d rather stay in a house with no power going to stay in that filthy hotel that lady who was at the desk had an attitude.

The room was in bad shape, stains on the floor, large red stain on side of the box spring, lamps and plugins did not work, 1/4 roll bathroom tissue on the holder and no extra tissue, grey water pooled in the tub and scummy residue around inside of the tub, window was stuck open a couple of inches with no screen on the outside.

The staff, with one exception being the maintenance man, were absolutely terrible, lazy, and unaccommodating. This is the worst place I have stayed in 50 years.
There does not appear to be any money put into even the most basic upkeep of this property. It is a disgrace to Extended Stay America and people at the corporate level should make a very quick trip to review this property.

Under the sink and in the cabinets is disgusting. There are smears and stains on the walls, door, and window. The carpet is stained, sticky, and has an odor. One of the lamps did not work. We only had one roll of toilet paper and had to go down to the front desk to get a new roll. Positives were that the air conditioner and tv worked well, and there were no signs of insects.

The room was good, however, the staff wasn't as friendly as we expected. We tried to get clean towels a couple of days into our stay, but were told, we had to wait a couple of hours after they took our olds ones. This delayed us taking a shower. Then when we got them, they only gave us bath towels. We needed kitchen towels, wash clothes and hand towels. We ere then told we had to wait another hour. Also, there were no dishes or things to cook with. We ask about those and had to wait an hour for those as well. Not a good set up.

Roaches, none of the bed lamps worked, cabinets were nasty, roaches, no breakfast, horrible staff, the men on staff were rude asf, they still had cards of what is in the room but none of it was there, they said they stopped during Covid, but the cards were still in the room, bath tub had mega lime on the sides of it..

I selected this location as my daughter was moving because of a divorce. We had 3 days to do the move and couldn't use the house for cooking. When I checked in the front doors we locked, and I had to be buzzed in. It was three in the afternoon. That didn't give me a great amount of confidence. As I was checking in another guest complained that there were no dishes in her room. The response was that the policy was that because of covid they didn't keep stuff in the rooms. When I asked for my own the response was that they needed to be cleaned. When asked about pans the response was that they didn't have them. This was on the website when I booked " Dining and cooking utensils provided"
I was able to grab a pan for us to cook dinner and then the stove barely heated. I went to retrieve something on the floor and there was a dirty sock and a water bottle that was not mine under the bed. The dishes that I did get were only a plate and the silverware was not that clean. No dish soap was provided. Not worth the money charged.

I recently stayed at the Extended Stay with the expectation of enjoying the complimentary breakfast they advertised. However, my experience fell short of expectations. The first day, there were muffins and oatmeal but no milk available. On the second day, there was no oatmeal, only muffins. To my disappointment, on the third and fourth days, there were no muffins or oatmeal, and only coffee was available, which was not the minimum breakfast I was expecting.
Additionally, I encountered issues with the room. There was no way to lock the door from the inside, as the lock and groove were misaligned by 3mm, compromising the security and privacy of my stay. Furthermore, the room I was assigned was located near a rear entrance on the second floor, and from 11:00pm to 1:00am, there was constant noise from people opening and closing the door, making it difficult for me to sleep until 1:30am.
As a guest, I had anticipated a minimum level of service, including a decent breakfast and a peaceful night's sleep, but unfortunately, these expectations were not met during my stay at the Extended Stay.
I hope that the hotel takes these issues seriously and takes appropriate measures to improve their breakfast offerings, address the misaligned door lock, and minimize noise disruptions for the comfort of their guests in the future. Overall, my experience at the Extended Stay was disappointing and did not meet my expectations for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

This place is horrible. I stayed for a week and housekeeping never showed even when requested. I asked for clean towels and I only got them once after waiting all day. They never came to empty the trash or remove the old towels from the room. The short guy working the front desk was arrogant and rude. He never acknowledged guest when they entered the building or when we spoke to him on the elevator. There was a man sleeping in the hallway at 6:30 am with a lot of bags one morning. The hallway on the second floor stinks. There’s nothing good to say about this place.
