This is my go-to place to stay in the area (4th stay). The suite layout and comfortable beds are fantastic. There's no restaurant on premises, but plenty in the immediate area. They have a breakfast bar in the AM with cereals, bfast sandwiches, coffee, etc. I'm sure I'll be staying here at my next trip to the area.

This is a dirty property. Poor housekeeping, poor facility maintenance. Out of order washers and dryers. The market wasn’t stocked. Staff are trying, but this place is a dump, even for a low price. During our stay there were people parked in the lot clearly living out of their vehicles. Don’t stay.

We were looking for a place to stay that had a fridge and cooking capabilities since my wife has a special diet that does not allow her to eat at restaurants. There was the of us and our son slept on the hide-a-bed that left a lot to be desired. The room was very small and cramped but was okay overall.

I was disappointed to find our room dirty and smelly upon arrival. The bed linens and towels were all clean, but there was a dank, musty smell in the room, as if the room had been flooded at some point. The smell was the worst near the bed, which was unfortunate because it made sleeping difficult. The floor in the bathroom and kitchen were also dirty and there were bits of food debris under the sink. The dishes were also dirty. Luckily we had paper plates and plastic cutlery to use instead. The kitchen sink faucet was broken and difficult to shut off. Lastly, we were told we could have a 12:30pm check out time, but the cleaning staff came by bugging us to leave the room at 12pm.

I thought it was a hotel, it turned out to be a motel. I like being on an upper floor for security reasons…I was on a ground floor.
I thought my room would be cleaned and my bed made each day….it was not. I stayed 4 nights and it was only done once.
The pool looked toxic, kids were playing in the hot tub.
The breakfast was sub-par. Coffee was not drinkable.
There was a rat in the trap on the walkway to the car lot.

Rooms are not amazing. Smells moldy or a bit like smoke. Beds are not comfortable and the pull out sofa it’s ok for just one child- nothing more! Pictures are better than reality. Expensive for what you get.

Nice little gem in Mukilteo. Clean, quiet rooms. Nothing fancy but pool and hot tub were great for a few laps and a soak. Comfortable beds with nice linens. Morning breakfast had a nice variety. Staff were friendly. Easy drive to ferry or to Seattle. Would stay there again!

Liked the townhouse feel. Nice place with okay breakfast. Close to the ferry, and perfect for the events we had to attend. I would definitely stay again but… Didn’t like you had to pay to park and then it was so full we barely got a space and still had to walk a bit to our room. Been home over a day now and still don’t see the total I’ll be charged yet. I normally pay exactly what Expedia quotes, but not sure on this one. Not good. Also, didn’t appreciate the last night we stayed we showed up to a lady just sitting on the steps right in front of our door smelling like weed. That’s just rude people for you though. Overall very nice.

The front desk clerk was friendly and helpful, but we ended up leaving after an hour. Upon walking into the room it smelled moldy. Then I sat on the comforter and immediately developed a rash on my legs. Next my husband found a spider in the bed and the TV stopped working. The bed had stains, what looked like dirt, and a bunch of hair on the mattress.
When we went to the front desk to let the attendant know we could not stay he did apologize and offered us another room, which I DID not want. At that point all I wanted to do was run! He said he would make a note of it in the reservation and let management know. Fast forward 3 days later and no one has returned my communication and no credit has been given. I will not ever stay there again.

Nice stay. Very nice girl at the desk. Suite well equipped. Lots of local dining options. Nice brekkers. Where we live it is very eco aware so the amount of disposables in American hotels is always a bit unexpected. This hotel is no worse than anywhere else. We enjoyed our stay very much. 10/10 for providing actual glass for drinking out of!

We reserved a king, but got a queen... the room smelled like someone had cooked fish or shrimp. We left after one night. We asked Orbitz for a refund but apparently the manager there refused to accept our complaints? We had stayed there about three or four years ago, but the quality of the place has definitely gone downhill. Would not recommend the place to anyone.
