The size of the rooms are amazing and the beds are comfortable!

The website doesn't tell you that the pool is closed! I book here literally for the pool because the one downtown doesn't have one so my littles were disappointed.

The room was spacious and accommodating

I checked in and they couldn't find my booking. The pool/spa was closed and has been for months and we weren't notified. Also, I checked in and told them I had a pet and was not told that there was an extra charge. An hour after checkout I was called from the hotel and told they were informing me that they were charging my card for my pet fee because the front desk forgot to the night before during check in. I thought it was ridiculous.

The suite was so spacious and pristine, and the breakfast buffet was wonderful. The extra pillows were actually customized to being Firm or Soft! Thank you for making the background of this family trip so pleasant and not distracting. We highly recommend this hotel to other travelers!

We did get an upgrade to a two bedroom. Booked one bedroom

Unfortunately the hotel is getting dated. The housekeepers also forgot a dirty towel from last occupants in our room. Lots of stains on floor and couches. Pool wasn't good and hot tub not working, really disappointing when you bring kids.

Everyone was friendly and it was quiet at night I did not hear anyone upstairs or in the hallway, we had our dog and he loves his job of telling us someone is around . They had a decent dinner in the evening that was good , they also offered breakfast but I did not have that .

The place is soo beautiful! The kitchen in the room was convenient:) The staff was very nice but I did feel brushed off a bit. The car garage was very nice and easy to get in and out.

Asked the staff to change sheet etc, was not done at all during my stay. The power went out so not much of the room amenities were able to use, there was one outlet by the desk that worked and one light but that was about it.

the social evenings are great! is conveniently located and has nice amenities

I wish the weekly cleaning was more flexible in schedule because during our 1month stay we only got it cleaned once

Room was clean and did not smell, (!) bed was comfortable.

The breakfast was again very poor standard American breakfast, with lots and lots of plastic wraps, ice-cold eggs. Omelets, made out of some kind of powder, don't know what, I see in most American Hotels these days. - Skip it, if you can.
