shower was ice cold. woke up at 5am for flight and could not shower before the trip. Told front desk and they said "thanks for letting us know."

No mention of indoor pool being under renovation for months. I understand that there was no free breakfast but they didn’t even have coffee set up

The floor was dirty, they don't even offer you water, the TV apps don't work

The room was very clean and updated. BUT the first floor hallway near the elevators was under construction. Multiple electric tools, including handsaws were left on the ground just 3 feet from the front of the elevator. The area was dirty and covered in dust. It was very unsafe. The next morning the same area was clean but literally had standing water in multiple areas that were definitely a fall risk. No signs were posted notifying guests of the wet floor or fall risks.

Front desk is usually at bar area. Jackhammer noises they say till 6 but I’ve seen them tiling at 12 am. Rooms renovated have screws, loose cabinets and only one elevator works. Overall they are just trying to fill rooms while constructing. Larger lady who works in morning has worst customer service ever. There’s no pool, tiling and construction all over . Watch screws if you have kids or pets. This is based on 14 stays

No hot water for a shower

Very unpleasant stay.

We paid $327 for a room with a crappy coffee maker that did not work, no balcony . Only one mirror in the room . This was a $159 room , certainly not $327.

Great staff and hospitality

Better than the pictures can properly convey. Plus, the air conditioner is actually cold!

The hotel location is convenient, easy to access, and had many stores and restaurants nearby. The room was clean. We did have some hot water issues (lack of hot water) and air conditioning issues but this may have been related to a power outage at the hotel right before our arrival.

Overall it was a great stay. The hotel was clean and beds were super comfy. Nice lobby area to sit and visit with others. My complaints I have are the lock on the door would get stuck out so we would have to hold the door handle down on the inside to get it to shut all the way. Our windows were filmed over so you could not see out of them. We were on the top floor and you see where there was a leak on ceiling and it was staring to mold. However, the hotel is under construction so it may be that the top floor hasn’t been redone. None of my complaints would cause me not to recommend or stay here again.

Came to OH for a 25th Anniversary party and had an opportunity to stay in one of the newly renovated rooms. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. My only "complaint" Rooms needed an additional mirror and better lighting at the mirror. Two women trying to put on on makeup at the same time was complicated, lol. It would be nice to have a full length mirror to see our outfits. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.

Awful!! Hotel is under renovations that were supposed to end April 30th but are still going on. The site says end date may change but perhaps they should also put on the site that it has changed and that hammering and construction begins at 8 AM M-Saturday. Apparently renovations to Marriott means they are just covering up already existing issues. Our room looks like it may have been renovated but the paint is chipping off and the sink drawer/cabinet door came off in my wife's hands. The "fitness center" is more like a fitness closet. There were four of us in there and it was crowded. There is a pool but it's full of mattresses and closed even though the website says the only things affected by the renovations are select guest rooms. We said we didn't need any cleaning service except for Saturday. We would be out all day Saturday so we figured that would be the best time for service. Well, it never happened. The front desk said "Sorry, we can have it cleaned tomorrow." Well we were leaving Sunday morning so that wouldn't help. I went to take a shower at 4 PM on Saturday and there wasn't any hot water. I had to call the front desk and then had to wait 15 minutes for them to "reset the tank." The bathtub is unsafe. It slopes from back to front and from side to side and is very slippery. There is also a shelf on the inside wall that takes up quite a bit of space. The staff was friendly which is why this received two stars instead of one. Spend more and stay elsewhere!!!

Very modern. It was very clean and staff very pleasant.

We had a quick overnight stay. The room was clean and modern, and staff was friendly. Area is safe and convenient for anyone visiting the westside suburbs of Cleveland.

This is a very good hotel, likely to be made better by the renovations that are currently underway. Very convenient for travelers at Cleveland Airport and also those navigating Interstate 80 as we were. It’s literally 15-20 minutes from I-80, three exits off I-71 North. Quiet, unpretentious, with a nice bar and decent food. We were warned about noise from construction beginning at 8 am but heard nothing by the time we checked out at 9. Something to consider if you’re planning a stay here in the next couple of months, but we like this place.

It was fine. The elevator floor was dirty due to construction but the management is aware of it.

It’s been a great place to stay when in the Cleveland area.

Customer service is awful They won’t clear the ice in parking and walk way

The front desk staff was very nice and check in was simple. The water was shut off for a period of time, which was unfortunate since we checked in late and simply wanted to wash up brush our teeth and go to sleep. The room wasn't the cleanest either.

No remote for the TV in the room. The frig was not plugged in, the room was not vacuumed well.

Overall good hotel and nice enough for what you pay. Pretty clean and very comfortable. Staff was very friendly. No microwave in my room which was a bummer but I was able to use the lobby microwave. Decent restaurant for a little hotel.
