Business trip. Hotel is walkable from the airport. Officially it is in the airport. In reality it is a twenty minute walk from the gates.

Hotel was nice.. room was clean. Bed and pillows are comfy . I can’t recommend the restaurant whatsoever. Food came out cold and despite being hungry I wasn’t able to eat it.
More than anything this hotel isn’t designed to be quiet and offer a good night sleep. We arrived exhausted and awoke to noise above us and on both sides .

Not our first stay. We love the convenience. Kiana and Javier checked us in, and were memorably great. We had a fine meal at your restaurant, and I have to give high marks to Ani for his help. His kind of attitude cannot be faked. You should keep him as an employee at all costs. Your cleaning staff was very friendly. Our room had a few minor signs of previous people, but was clean and well cared for. By minor, I mean I saw a hair in the tub, and one crumb on a desk. Really nothing bad. You have a fine place and I rank the value at well above average.

before the reservation it looked like walking to the airport would be an easy option. When we got there, we found out that our terminal would be 20 + min walk, which might have been ok without the suitcases but we were traveling long distance and had big suitcases. No problems , they have a shuttles even at 5 Am In the morning . But sorry, there are a lot of people who stay there because they have to be at the airport at 5 am and the early shuttle was 2/3 full and doors were closed when we got there. We obviously were trying to get to a terminal but the driver would not take more passengers. A Good Samaritan drove us to our terminal. On the way out 3 other shuttles were in que right outside the driveway of the hotel, they definitely have enough shuttles to transport everyone as needed. When u pay as much as they charge, the most important reason to stay there so that you will not miss your flight is a bit iffy if they are not flexible with the frequency and fullness of the shuttles they provide.

It would have been nice to know about the bridge to the hotel from the airport terminals as I had to wait ages for the shuttle that is mentioned in the background information. I was also unhappy after a long journey to queue for 20 minutes to check in with the single receptionist. Not what I would expect for £200+ a night!

Entire hotel is carpet including lobby. Rolling luggage all the way from the airport terminal to then get flatlined unable to roll through hotel is silly. Housekeeping started banging around at 7:30am, continued for hours even though I asked them twice to be quieter. Toilet broke in room next to me so had to listen to them fix it for 2 hours flushing every 5 mins. Not happy. Usually this hotel is very quiet and convenient. This time fell very short

I stayed here because I had an early flight. Very nice hotel. Spacious rooms. Clean. Quiet. As nice or nicer than any hotel I’ve stayed in Boston. They had a labor dispute reducing the food and beverage options at the time, but it is not difficult to get to many nearby good dining spots. I would definitely stay here again.

The most convenient hotel for Boston Logan. We had an early morning flight so stayed the night before. It's a short walk via the sky bridge to the terminals so you don't even need to go outside. Comfortable rooms and well soundproofed so not disturbed by people coming and going at all hours.

Well, for starters we called the shuttle for 30 minuites to take us from the airport to the hotel. No answer. We were told by a local driver the shuttles were on strike. I had already called the hotel so it would have been nice if they informed us.
Next, I asked for a late check out so we could sleep in before flying internationally the next day.
At 8:15am while sound asleep someone is trying to open the door. Scares the cap out of us, and it’s housekeeping. I spoke to the manager asking why, and she said they must not have communicated to the staff. Unacceptable in this establishment.
I’ve stayed many times at this hotel over the years. It was unacceptable to have no shuttles running the service and no one working a second option. We all were scrambling for Ubers to the gates and staff acted very casual about this. Continuing to say, shuttles run every 15 min. After waiting 30, we took a temporary shuttle ride they provided where the driver said he’s working 60 + hours and we “just made it” before he is done for a break. A total disappointment.
I was told they will credit me 10,000 points for the inconvenience.
Oh, and no breakfast since they were on strike too. Would have loved to know this when we booked. Or at least when we checked in.

There was a disruptive protest of Hilton employees outside. The access from the airport was not easy. Stay elsewhere.

Strikers very loud! Got in very early…8:00AM and didn’t get a room until 1:30PM. There were no comfortable chairs in the lobby especially for short people. We are 5’4” tall and couldn’t find any chair that was comfortable for us. It didn’t help that we got to the hotel so early due to transportation issues, but none of the restaurants were open either!

There was a staff strike when we arrived. We should have known then to ask for our money back. We couldn’t get supper and already returned our rental car. The building was fine but there wasn’t enough staff and they shut down room service. We waited in line over an hour for food and drinks with no success and ended up going to bed without a meal and leaving at 3am for a 12 hour trip home.

Worse Hilton stay ever. They did not made the room. The shower was broken. Park the rental for 20 minutes in parking garage and charge me $25 dollars. They didn’t have anyone helping with the cars. Total mess this day.

The workers were on strike. There was a restaurant there, but it was order at the bar only and then they brought it out to you. Food was very minimal. Nobody knew how to get from the airport to the tunnel to bring us over to the hotel. They sent us to the airport to have dinner, but realized that the restaurants were behind TSA check-in so that was a no!! The location is not that convenient other than the fact that it’s right at the airport it is separated by most of the city.

I arrived and found out the staff was on strike because Hilton was under paying them and they had replaced the workers with temp staff. The food options were limited and the system of getting orders in was inadequate, the cleaners were not trained well and walked into my room twice while I was trying to nap and he towels had rips in them. Certainly not the experience I had paid for.

Four stars for staff and service because our tub drain stop was broken, there were no washcloths (second time this has happened at this location), and PLEASE USE FITTED SHEETS, not a flat sheet for the bottom sheet!!

Great location and service. Three problems:
1 - tricked into a sales pitch on my way to check in. No, Hilton honors, I do not want to stop and buy another trip on my way to check in for this one and I don’t appreciate the waste of my time.
2 - mildew in the shower. This is maintenance not cleaning staff. Time for new grout.
3 - phone was malfunctioning and making a low level alarm sound. The only way I could make it stop was to unplug it.
None of this was a disaster and we will stay again because the location is just so very convenient for an early flight, but I expect better for $400/night.
