Bar area and Saturday entertainment was fantastic. Building is beautiful as well.

Expensive!

Everything we stay at the time.

We got charged $40 for extra person but only 2 people went with two beds. I want the refund for extra person. Unacceptable.

Location.

Overpriced for what they are providing. Lots of bright lights and flashy decor, but not comfortable, cramped room. Thermostat broken. Either freezing cold air blowing directly on the bed from AC unit or too warm when turned off. Staff difficult to reach.

The property was clean. The staff was friendly but stuffy.

Bathroom was not very clean room had a musty smell and for the price we paid not even a complimentary breakfast In every hotel we have stayed in it always included a complimentary breakfast I would not recommend your hotel at all

There was no microwave and the air conditioner was too noisy. I was charged with hotel taxes, which I didn’t expected. The bar was too noisy at night.

It was amazing I loved the rooms

50$ a day for parking

I enjoyed that it was close distance to many restaurants and adventures

I didn’t like that the original room I scheduled was sold to someone else

The location was fun, great proximity to Seaport. The bed was quite comfortable

Easier climate control, more consistent amenities. E.g. I bought body lotion after my first day and then it appeared in the room as an amenity

no pool, went across the street to use the Elements pool Room set up so I could not watch television from the desk.

Clearly states no pet fee on booking.com for this hotel’s policies in 2 areas. I chose this hotel based on this. The hotel knew I was bringing my dog. When we arrived, front desk person was cold and was insistent on paying the pet fee with no apology that their policy was not updated on booking.com. Did not see another dog at this hotel - people with pets must not like this hotel. Other hotels provided dog treats, even dog gift bag, dog beds - does not seem like this hotel provides them even though they are now charging a $50 pet fee. The front desk lady we had to check us in needs better customer service training.

I really liked the modern configuration and amenities of the room. Very inviting lobby area. We had a beautiful view of the Boston skyline.

Poor food options, very thin walls/noisy, a bit overpriced for the quality of the hotel

Excellent service for holding our luggage day of checkout. That was a huge lifesaver so we could still enjoy our last day without lugging around all our belongings

Well appointed and up-to-date. bare bones but nice bones. Practical but pleasureful. amenities were convenient but not excessive .

Bone bones lobby. Too much concrete. Can use softening via colors and artwork.
