Location is excellent and good value for money based on the location

Room was clean and comfortable. Would be great for someone who only planned on being in the room to sleep. ice machine provided a couple of options, which was cool.

The rooms were much smaller than anticipated. When the bed was laid down, you couldn't walk around, you had to crawl over the bed to get to the walkway. An employee tried to enter our room in the middle of the night (after 11PM) and said he was trying to retrieve an item in the bathroom for a previous guest, but that was not the story that was relayed when we complained to the front desk. There was also no fridge or microwave in the room, but we could have one brought up if we wanted. The fridge was said to only hold 2 soda cans so we opted out and just drank our bottled water at room temp. Additionally, even though we were on the 10th floor, we could hear cars and people all night long. The noise was just astronomical.

Location. Price. Modern and clean . Room was quiet and dark.

Self checkin was work. Weird lighting in room. Bed was too soft. Couldn’t get chromecast to work with my iOS device.

the location is next to the Silver Line T which takes you to Airport and Convention Center and also to South Station and so that was terrific, the rooms are set up like Japanese efficiencies, so anyone over 5ft 9inches will suffer not fitting in the bed.

The surprise resort fee wasn't something I noticed on Booking.com. Our room was next to elevator and our window was under the front door, so we did hear a lot of noise from that. I would expect coffee in am, nothing available but some outsourced close by.

Staff was rude and shady

Front desk lied and overcharged for parking. Said they would credit Overcharge and then charged again. I have stayed at other yotel in NYC and had an amazing time. won't do it again and will not recommend it to friends or coworkers. Might even blow up my social media clients So 👎 bad

clean room, provide iron and ironing table, provide hair dryer and towel warmer :) the terrazzo floor of shower room is pretty. good internet speed, the bed is clean and comfortable. the staff is friendly.

quite small room (21 m2) for the price per night, this price can go to five star resort in Asia but it's acceptable since it's boston. (=_=||) it would be OK for small person like me but might be slightly suffocated for large person. Bathroom with clear glass wall, that cover with curtain, though inside cannot be seen, I still feel lack of privacy somehow (imaging that your roommate dosen't know you re in restroom and open the curtain). Cloudy glass wall might provide more privacy. I don t know why Bostonian across the road make loud noise; car music after 9 PM was so noisy that disturb my sleep. Lastly, it would be nice if the hotel provide luggage storage service after check out.

Zentral, gelegen, nettes Personal. Sauber, nahe am Flughafen, nettes Ambiente, gutes Essen.

Friendly, accommodating staff Free coffee early in the morning Big lifts... or elevators as they call them. No sense of claustrophobia. Heating system that warmed the room quickly. Good location in an area I felt totally safe in, even to get some shots of the sunrise from Fan Pier close by. Access to various stores to purchase sundries. Close to the public transportation network for sightseeing. Spacious room as a single traveller. (I thought the folding bed was quite an innovative novelty.) Free WiFi, which functioned well. The gym! LOVED the gym.

Noise the heating system made. Noisy guests on the last day in the corridor outside my room. Perhaps a few discrete signs reminding guests to be courteous of others who might be sleeping, might be a good idea. The rainfall head shower didn't really function, although I didn't need it to be honest. The handheld/cradled shower was good enough.

Modern concept of small efficient modular referred to as a cabin with an excellent staf "crew". Interesting concept, very small but comfortable. The Boston location is perfect for exploring IFA, downtown, waterfront, great roof top bar, and restaurant. Enjoyed walking around in this reborn Silver Line neighborhood.

Any need to move around, take it outside. There is very limited access to free coffee for only a short time in the lobby early AM.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel very clean. Restaurant nice. Location great for walking to varied locations in any direction- waterfront, downtown, tourist sites. Hotel close to subway and bus. Nice rooftop restaurant/bar with superb view.

Room was small and cramped for two people. No place to open luggage. Main room lighting was weird- multi-colored and variable- not very "normal". Toilet seat hinge was broken. Couldn't reach shower controls from the door without reaching through the stream. Towels located in odd places. Rooftop restaurant/bar bench seat along the rail needs to face downtown (or substitute with bar height table/seating facing downtown.

Front desk didn’t honor my upgraded “corner queen room” via Booking.com until I returned to front desk to request correct room. Hotel parking @ $55/night was whack, considering I waited 1/2 hour for my car from valet upon check-out. Rooms are so small that beds fold until it’s time to sleep. Single folding chair not comfortable.

It was a clean and appealing decor. Comfortable bed I was not a fan of the glass door into the bathroom. I prefer a little more privacy.

The shade in our room was broken. They came and fixed it, but they just found it up. It was not fixed so again when we pulled it down, it was broken again could not retract. And it would be nice to have a luggage stand in the room.

Small room until we were moved to a disabled room. No coffee or tea making facilities. Expensive for the limited facilities available.
